A nice stay. We had a large room in the 7th floor with food views overlooking the Sandia Mountains and the gold course. The king bed was comfortable.
We were so pleased with our stay at Sandia Resort. The staff were warm and welcoming. If we wanted to wager we could but we did not need to walk trough it to get to our room. Hotel and our room were amazingly clean. So pleased that we were able to stay at Sandia Resort!
Went to the Council Room and had a delightful waiter, Ms. Kristin. We gave a very complicated order, but she didn't miss one thing and the meal was first rate! She was on top of everything, from the drinks to the check. Bravo!
We stayed at the Sandia Hotel. We were helped by Angelo who works the Bell by the hotel entrance. He is excellent at his job. He greets you with a smile and is friendly and helpful. He shows confidence in his work and he knows the city. He is an excellent employee of Sandia hotel. I will stay at the hotel again because of him and his friendly altitude.
Sandia is the best casinos in the Albuquerque area. The rooms at the hotel are always very clean and plenty of room for my mobility scooter. It takes only minutes to check in compared to other casinos in the area. The best thing is the security getting to the rooms. Feel very safe. The rooms are a little high but if you get a player's card the discounts are great. I am 82 years old and they make me feel wanted. Great place.

My wife and I stayed a night on our way to Colorado. We’ve been to many casinos but this one was the cleanest and had many slots to choose from. It was busy but not crowded. The rooms were spotless and the staff was very friendly. We even stayed another night on our way back from Colorado haha. Only knock is that the rooms are a little pricey.
Multiple poor experiences in the sports bar. Advertised watch party for Lobo Basketball game vs NMSU, however waiting in line for over an hour the manager sat us down and said it was for football contrary to their Facebook post say it was for basketball. Fast forward to 12/30 the server in the sports bar was inattentive to our table in general - simple items such as salt and pepper and a glass for a beer had to be requested. Server was not friendly and got a sense that she didn’t want to be there. My friends burger meat was under cooked and server agreed, however no attempt to adjust or reduce bill even after speaking to manager who happened to be same one from previous aforementioned poor experience. Sports bar was so bad we decided to watch lobo game downstairs in lounge which was just as bad if not worse. First of all the lounge staff didn’t know how to put game on big screen with sound. Secondly, they had 3 staff members that were in the lounge, however 2 supervisor types stood and watched while one bartender did all the serving of customers while the line was 7-10 people deep all evening.Why didn’t they employ servers to wait on customers in the lounge? Why did we have to wait in line at the bar to get drinks ? And why didn’t the other employees help at all? Extremely disappointed is an understatement of Sandia which is supposed to be the best casino/ lounge sports experience in Albuquerque. I have no plans to ever go back. FYI, the service at the golf course is equally as bad. Provided water in the heat of the summer isn’t priority after spending hundreds on a green fee or when junior golfers have a tournament at their course. Sad!
Went to the spa for the first time there. It was amazing. Had the one hour deep tissue by Joseph. Best deep tissue in a long time. He had just the right amount of pressure the whole time. AMAZING.
We (my wife and I) had a great time at your fine establishment. We were spending our 49th wedding anniversary and everything during our stay was great, thanks again, later Hank.
From playing Bingo to Slots and over course the table games, myself along with the wife had a great time, The staff were professional and friendly which made our stay more enjoyable.
This is the number one hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been in a lot of hotels. Number one it’s clean it’s comfortable and it soundproof. You don’t hear everybody walking on your head beside you water toilet flushing. This is the most amazing comfortable, elegant hotel I’ve ever stayed in ever in my life. I rank this number one anywhere.

From the beginning of the planning (including a delicious and beautifully arranged menu tasting!) Liz was thorough, detail oriented, extremely knowledgeable about the property, accommodating and on time with every aspect.
My husband and I were greeted at the Resort entrance by attentive staff who (unasked) helped us load our items onto carts and took them to the ballroom for us.
They even let my husband keep his car nearby as he had other items to go pick up.
Upon arrival at the ballroom, EVERYTHING was set exactly as we had requested so it was a breeze setting up our decorations and registration. All staff members were courteous, on time and very helpful - no one said something wasn't their job: each person helped with whatever was needed.
I was blessed to have the following team members as our support staff for the registration, reception, dinner, dessert, program and dancing:
Banquet Captain: Kym Shutiva - Everywhere at once the whole night, she made sure the room was beautiful, the equipment was in excellent condition and guests were comfortable and well served.
Servers: Stacy, Martha, Cora, Casper, Felisia, Thack, and Gabby - went beyond merely serving and clearing the food but kept watchful eyes to see if we needed anything and delivered promptly!
Bartenders: Veronica and Patricia - We kept them busy and they graciously served our guests as they used their free drink tickets, maintaining excellent service during the reception, dinner, champagne toasts and dessert.
The facility is exceptional - beautiful, welcoming, stunning decor, easy to access, plus clean & well maintained furniture.
I have to add that when I got home, I discovered I had left it at the Saturday night event and we immediately called security who said it had not been turned in. Just on a whim, I called again on Monday morning and one of the staff had found and turned it in!!!! It had been kept in a vault and there was more in the purse than I had remembered having in it - most importantly, it was my deceased mother's purse and meant the world to me. What an impressive result of an oversight on my part!!

Had beautiful private wedding venue and experience. The venue, food, customer experience and gorgeous honeymoon suite paired with the love and support of all was heartfelt. Great resort, good food, friendly staff. The casino didn't pay and I didn't see any jackpots while I was there. If they would loosen the slots a little that would be great.
It was a fun experience and a great place to stay during the Balloon Fiesta. Unfortunately the service at the Sportsbook and the Casino bar were less than desirable. The service at the Council Room was spectacular. I believe the gentlemen's name is David. He is 5 stars. The resort itself was very clean and the backdrop of the Sandia mountains were amazing.
Fantastic hotel and consistent good experience everytime we stay. We specifically want to give a shout out to Lumnie at Kiva Koffee (in the hotel). She is a phenomenal barista, and extremely hard working "glue person" who seems to keep the whole shop running seamlessly. Dedicated, fast, always has a smile and fabulous attitude. She made our mornings special everyday we woke up at the hotel and exemplifies superior customer service. Bravo Lumnie! We love you!!!
Wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. We were always greeted with a smile by all whose paths we crossed throughout our stay... Reception, Valet Service, Security, Wait Staff, Gift Shop and Gaming Staff were all willing to assist in any way they could. Being that this was a very busy time of year due to the Balloon Fiesta, we could not have been treated any better.
Lumnie in the coffee shop was friendly and made a delicious Cafe Americano very early in the morning before my flight home. The coffee shop has fresh pastries, yogurt parfaits and fruit.
