Definitely you will get friendly staff support and food was good
Pros:

The staffs and hotel management is very friendly and honest. Accidentally they over charged me but they refunded me the amount. It took several days to come back my refund but they communicated openly and shared all the bank transactions details.

Its a good value for money.

豪華なわけではないけどほっとできる。
Pros:

スタッフの人たちがフレンドリーでした。ロビーをうろうろしていると、いつもチャイをいれてくれた。
ホットシャワーとドライヤーがついているのがいいです。

Cons:

ランドリーサービスはあまりおすすめしません。

Excellent place to stay in Kathmandu
Pros:

Exceptional place to stay in a place close to the center, but at the same time away from the noise.
The staff are excellent, friendly.
I stay here every time I am in Kathmandu.
