Cons:

Checkout was an absolute mess. I was charged twice and no one helped me recover my funds for a month. I had to have my bank reverse the charge because the staff was clueless and every time I called no manager was available. I was told someone would get back to me and weeks passed. Ultimately the staff suggested I track down the manager at a different hotel, just unacceptable.

No stay because they can’t find my booking, yet I was still charged

Cons:

I called them to ask about my booking the day I’m due checking in and was told there was no booking under my name. So I had to book another hotel instead, yet they still charged me a cancellation fee of $326.03. They were very unhelpful and non empathic when I reached out to complain.

Clean and pleasant
Pros:

I booked it because there was a curtain divider between the bed and sofa bed. That bit of privacy is nice when traveling with teens. The breakfast was also very nice. It is nice when hotels have options for families.

Cons:

It was a little loud. Someone was screaming at 3am and that isn’t the hotel’s fault

Great stay
Pros:

Upon arrival the staff greeted me very nicely and checked me in with ease. My room was as clean for the most part, plenty of new amenities

Cons:

I wish the TV had streaming service - there’s only so much on cable to watch. Also found a cherry tomato under the bed while I was looking for my charger and the microwave didn’t work

Pros:

Place was clean, love you can walk right to the brewery. There was stores you could walk too which I liked

Cons:

The only thing was the people above me sounded like they were running a marathon for 2-3hrs when we were trying to go to bed

Truly enjoyed staying with Home2Suites as always. 9 out of 10 overall.
Pros:

I always look forward to a wonderful stay with Home2Suites. The staff is welcoming, rooms are comfortable and hotel is clean/well kept.

Cons:

Breakfast choices seemed bit limited and oatmeal was cold although in heated container. I would love to see Home2Suites offer discount off $75 pet fee for Hilton members that have stayed with them with pet time & time again and have left room immaculate.
