El alojamiento es muy bonito y acogedor, las cabañitas son muy lindas, eso hay que reconocerlo. Y en cuanto a la ubicación esta a 15 minutos andando del pueblo para poder ir de tiendas, ver el atardecer o cenar algo

Cons:

El servicio deja mucho que desear para el dineral que pagas. Solo buscan sacarte dinero de donde sea, te cobran hasta por usar las toallas para la piscina. El modelo de negocio es ridículo: si pagas el todo incluido, no está todo incluido de verdad, tienes que ir mirando una lista de lo que entra y lo que tiene coste aparte. Un ejemplo: el café con leche sí, pero el capuchino lo pagas aparte. Están todo el tiempo detrás de ti para que consumas, y si no pagas el todo incluido te tratan diferente que al resto de clientes.
Todos los empleados eran súper bordes y antipáticos, parecía que les debías algo.
La habitación daba a la calle, no se veía nada, ni jardín, ni playa, ni nada. Eso no lo muestran en Booking, lo hacen para que pagues más por "elegir ubicación", pero no merece la pena, porque desde ninguna habitación se ve el mar.
Tienen palmeras con cocos gigantes al lado de la piscina que, o los quitan, o algún día van a tener un disgusto serio, porque no paran de caerse justo en zonas de paso. Ayer mismo me cayó un coco a mí, 10 segundos después de pasar por ahí, y el encargado, en lugar de disculparse, me contestó que "era la naturaleza" y se puso chulo. Me quedé alucinando con la respuesta. Cuando pagas por un hotel es para estar a salvo, no para ir sorteando cocos.
La tienda es una auténtica estafa. Me compré un bolso y cuando me lo estaban llevando me dijeron que el complemento se pagaba aparte, 120 pesos más. Fue muy engañoso, porque pregunté varias veces el precio del bolso y me dijeron que eran 550 en total. Al no llevarme el complemento y volver a por él al día siguiente, me cobraron 250 pesos. Increíble la estafa. Mi consejo: no compréis en la tienda, lo mismo lo encontráis en el mercado o en la playa por mucho menos de la mitad.
En definitiva, es un hotel que no mira por el cliente. Aunque pagas una auténtica pasta por el alojamiento, aquí solo les importa la billetera.

First of all shout out to the wonderful staff! Javier, Alexis and everyone was great!
My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and we had the most wonderful, magical time on Holbox Island.

We were looking for a hotel that offered an easy all-inclusive meal and drink plan, was budget-friendly without sacrificing comfort or elegance, and that’s exactly what we found.

We don’t typically enjoy overly fancy or commercialized resorts. Instead, we love places that feel laid-back, connected to nature, and truly relaxing. This hotel was all of that and more.

The atmosphere was perfect. We were surrounded by families and couples of all ages, and many of the guests were from Mexico and Europe, which made for a lovely, relaxed vibe.

The beachfront location couldn’t have been better. We could see the ocean right from our balcony, and it was the perfect place to unwind. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Like I mentioned, staff made our stay even more special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The food was delicious. While there weren’t a lot of restaurant options, we appreciated the simplicity and were more than happy with the quality. The drinks were also excellent—delicious and generously poured!

We left feeling rested, refreshed, and grateful for such a memorable anniversary trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing escape on Holbox Island.

Great resort, but the staff makes the experience
Pros:

We just wrapped up a great stay here. The resort itself is very nice, the food is good, and the layout is excellent, you get quick beach access and it's a really close walk from the rooms. But what really stood out was the service.

A massive shoutout to Javy, who took care of us down at the beach and up at the restaurant area. The guy was completely on top of it, constantly checked in to see if we needed anything, and was awesome with our kids.

Up at the restaurant, the rest of the crew was fantastic. Jose went completely above and beyond, he jumped right to it and helped us retrieve a credit card we dropped below the deck. Mike was the ultimate run-around guy, always there whenever I had questions. Mara was a great waitress, Fernanda and Antonio provided wonderful service, and Ivan was right on top of everything, making sure the table stayed clean and cleared.

They were all incredibly quick to help out with whatever we needed and made every meal easy. If you're looking for a convenient spot with a beautiful beach and a staff that actually takes care of you, this is it.

Un séjour agréable grâce à l’emplacement exceptionnel, malgré une restauration en deçà de nos attentes.
Pros:

La situation géographique est idéale : la plage est magnifique et le centre-ville est accessible à pied. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables.

Cons:

Les buffets étaient assez basiques et manquaient de variété. Nous nous attendions à davantage de spécialités locales ainsi qu’à une meilleure qualité et fraîcheur des produits proposés.
