Proximité plage, piscine x2, originalité des chambres.

Cons:

Personne plage pas agréable, et trop à gère pour 1 seul homme. Personnel petit déjeuner trop rapide a vouloir débarrassé, dans le tarif compris uniquement les americano…chocolat chaud et cappuccino en supp…👎🏻

Alguns funcionários parecem ter medo que fujamos sem pagar. Não podemos debitar nada para o quarto e quando não pagamos de imediato, andam atrás de nós para que paguemos. Não é simpático.

Perfect location, friendly staff and stunning rooms

Everything about this hotel was 10/10. Perfect location ( just a minute walk to gorgeous white sand beach), the friendliest staff and great food. The rooms was lovely, very clean and the beds were very big. An ideal location, just a short walk into town for dinner but far away enough from the action so you can chill

Incroyable !
Pros:

Tout était vraiment bien, le personnel est très accueillant, l’hôtel est magnifique et les chambres sont très confortables. L’hôtel est situé en bord de mer ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La nourriture est très bonne et les cocktails le sont également !

Hotel met een fantastische ligging
Pros:

Prachtige, centrale ligging aan het mooie brede witte strand.
Het ontbijt in buffetvorm was heel uitgebreid en aangenaam zitten.

Cons:

Kamer en in het bijzonder de badkamer te renoveren.

Nous avions réservé une chambre vue sur mer et nous avons reçu une chambre vue sur travaux. Le personnel de l'hôtel nous a dit qu'il était désolé mais qu'il s'agissait de la dernière chambre disponible. Nous avons demandé un geste commercial (peu importe le geste) mais ils ont refusé.

Nous étions 3 adultes, nous avons reçu que 2 serviettes de bain. Quand nous avons demandé une 3ème serviette à la réception, le personnel nous a répondu que ça n'était pas possible car le local "service" était fermé et il n'avait pas accès, il fallait attendre le lendemain. Aberrant pour un hôtel de ce standing et au prix de la nuit !!!!! j
Nous avons reçu la 3ème serviette de bain, le lendemain de notre arrivée à 11h du matin :D la grosse blague !!!!

J'ai logé dans de nombreux hôtels et hostels de toute catégorie dans de nombreux pays du le monde, je n'ai jamais connu un service aussi déplorable

You should improve quality of drinks
BIG DISAPPOINMENT for me was that hotel ask extra charge if you order a cappucino for a breakfast.
In this rate and hotrel category that is unacceptable.

Ubicación , servicio y desayuno

Cons:

Habitaciones ruidosas , primera noche maquinaria y mucho ruido , al día siguiente por el día estaban arreglado algo y esa misma noche se escucha demasiado a los de la habitación de al lado . Habían unos niños al lado y se escucha perfectamente las conversaciones y por la noche uno lloró y era como si nos llorara en el oído . Sin culpar al niño . Falta insonorizar habitaciones .

Precio excesivo para lo que es y ofrece.
Puertas y ventanas que no cierran bien, distribución incomoda, y detalles feos, como que no se pueden pagar las consumiciones al final sino que hay que pagarlas cada vez o antes, lo que invita a no consumir en el hotel.
Hay que pagar también fianza por las toallas.
Llegamos 10 minutos antes de la hora del check in (12h) y nos hicieron esperar.
Nos dieron una habitación de las últimas con vistas a un lugar con escombros y el hotel estaba casi vacío.

👉 Ich würde dieses Hotel in keinster Weise empfehlen – weder Essen, noch Komfort, noch Sicherheit, noch Preis-Leistung.
Pros:

Die Abreise war der beste Moment!

Cons:

Wir hatten dieses Hotel für unsere Flitterwochen gebucht und ursprünglich 12 Nächte reserviert – nach nur 3 Nächten sind wir jedoch abgereist, weil wir überhaupt nicht zufrieden waren.

Bereits im Vorfeld hatten wir das Hotel mehrmals kontaktiert und darum gebeten, dass bei der Ankunft eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit vorbereitet wird. Leider kam auf keine der Nachrichten eine Antwort, und wie erwartet war auch nichts vorbereitet. Das war sehr enttäuschend und zeigte deutlich, dass dem Hotel der Gast völlig egal ist.

Schon bei der Ankunft war die Rezeption unfreundlich und wenig einladend. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten desinteressiert und steckten gefühlt alle unter einem Hut – keinerlei Herzlichkeit oder echtes Engagement.

Auch die Sicherheit im Hotel ist fragwürdig: Unsere Dusche funktionierte nicht, woraufhin ein Techniker kam, um sie zu reparieren. Am selben Tag tauchte derselbe Handwerker erneut auf mit der Behauptung, er müsse nochmals etwas prüfen – obwohl die Reparatur längst erledigt war. Wir fühlten uns dadurch sehr unwohl. Von anderen Gästen hörten wir, dass ähnliche Situationen mehrfach vorkamen. Es drängt sich der Verdacht auf, dass dies eine Masche sein könnte, um Zugang zu den Zimmern zu erhalten.

Das Essen war enttäuschend – kalt, lieblos und von minderer Qualität. Das Frühstück war eintönig, die Tische oft nicht gedeckt, das Buffet kaum vorbereitet. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht.

Fazit: Dieses Hotel ist weder für einen normalen Urlaub noch für Flitterwochen zu empfehlen. Fehlende Gastfreundschaft, mangelnde Sicherheit und ein desinteressiertes Personal machen den Aufenthalt zu einer großen Enttäuschung.
