The hotel was fully equipped, and the service exceeded expectations; we received complimentary fruit and water daily. Its central location made walking and sightseeing very convenient, which I really appreciated. The staff especially Ryan and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning for my next vacation.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The bed was so thick and soft! The staff is phenomenal and tend to your every need. Breakfast was great and the whole hotel was spotless! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Perfect location near the river, walking street, nightlife, and just minutes from the imperial city and the dong ba market. The hotel is just the right size 17 rooms and the rooms are very comfortable/quiet and tucked away in a quiet alley off the main road. The staff went above and beyond the meaning of true hospitality (this coming from someone how’s has work in the hotel/country club industry for over 40 years). I would stay here again without hesitation

My stay at The Scarlett Boutique Hotel was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after.
A special thank you goes to Thuý, who was incredibly kind, professional and always happy to help. She gave me excellent recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to try and local experiences, making my time in Huế even more enjoyable. Her warm attitude and attention to every detail truly made a difference.
The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. The room was quiet, the bed was excellent, and everything was designed to ensure a relaxing stay. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.
Thank you to Thuý and the entire Scarlett Hotel team for such a wonderful experience. If I ever return to Huế, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en bracht persoonlijke service vanaf het moment dat je binnenstapt. We waren 's ochtends aangekomen, uren voor de officiële incheck tijd, maar men voorzag een kamer en handdoeken om ons al op te frissen.

The breakfast was healthy and served promptly. The hotel was clean and hygienic but the best part was no doubt the friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. Well done!

This wonderful small hotel is conveniently located for getting around Hue. It has a wonderful air of quality about it and it is always kept in top condition. The rooms are fantastic, the bed is comfortable and is ever so well appointed.
The staff on out last visit were exceptional with Linda and Frank going out of their way to make our stay just right as well as arranging a great tour for us.
With exceptional service and wonderfully appointed rooms and facilities I cannot think of a better place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in The Scarlett Boutique Hotel. Linda welcomed us, she was so kind and gave a lot of recommendations. She made sure that we got everything we needed. When we came back to the hotel in the evening, Ruby and Danzl were very interested in our day and they wished us a good night rest. In the morning when we needed to check out, Ruby and Danzl made us feel very comfortable and welcome. They were so kind, and the whole team was so kind. Großartiger Service von richtig gut geschultem Personal, das auch kurzfristig (mit einer Stunde Vorlaufzeit) noch Dinge organisiert hat wie eine Bootsfahrt zur Pagode und auch sonstige Sonderwünsche erfüllt hat, ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und überraschend leise. Wir waren sehr begeistert von Hué, haben hier unglaublich viel Zeit damit verbracht, einfach durch die Stadt zu laufen - und könnten uns keine bessere Lage vorstellen für ein Hotel. Sauberkeitstechnisch auch komplett makellos. Angenehme Ausrichtung der Klimaanlage, sodass diese einem beim Schlafen nicht direkt ins Gesicht bläst. Schönes Bad. Haben keinerlei Beschwerden & kommen gerne wieder!

Very well located and you can be in Hue Walking Street within 5 minutes. Rooms were clean. The staff here, Ruby, Dand and team were very friendly and always obliged with our requests.
