The Scarlett Boutique Hotel

Service was great and the staff were all very friendly! Location is convenient to walk to many of the local sites. Special thanks to Thanh, David, and the team for the local suggestions and helping us book a driver for some self-tour around the city!

We had a wonderful stay. Linda and David, along with the whole team, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel very cared for during our honeymoon. They gave us great local tips and were always kind, warm, and attentive throughout our stay.

The hospitality really made the experience special, and we truly appreciated how thoughtful and friendly everyone was.

Everything was perfect!
We came on the day of check in at 07:30 even though check in is from 14:00, they provided us with clean towels and gave us room to take a shower and refresh after entire night driving in sleeping bus from other city and kept our luggage so we could go and explore the city before our room was fully ready for us.
Staff are so nice and friendly and also they gave us a list of restaurants and some recommendations.

Schönes kleines Hotel in Hué. Die Lage ist perfekt, viele Cafés und Restaurants im Umkreis. Ruby, Ryan und ihr Team waren toll!

We stayed a couple of nights and couldn't be happier. Reasonably priced, very central, and the staff were eager to help, and super friendly. Room was a good size, well appointed and breakfast was very nice.

Das Personal und der Service waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, in wirklich jeder Hinsicht. Ich hatte mein Handy im Zug liegenlassen. Linda und ihr Team haben sich um alles gekümmert, mich zum Bahnhof begleitet, auf vietnamesisch alles geregelt, bis ich das Handy zurück hatte. Auch Tourenplanung, Taxi nach HoiAn (mit perfektem Guide: Huy, super nett und sehr gutes Englisch) und der ganze Rest war einfach super. Die Lage ist absolut ideal, alles Wichtige fußläufig erreichbar und man ist "mitten drin". War ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder!

Posizione perfetta, personale molto cordiale e gentile. Le stanze sono molto carine soprattutto i bagni e tutto molto pulito. Ci hanno anche organizzato un transfert privato per andare a Hoi An, con alcune fermate previste nella principali attrazioni sul tragitto. Bella esperienza che rifarei.

Really nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is quite good. Great location near all the trendy restaurants and bars. Most memorable and commendable is their super friendly and helpful staff. Especially Miss Linda, Ruby too, and David.

Ruby and Ryan were great hosts! They took great care of us during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and very diverse. The hotel is comfortable and super central.

Hotel is very upscale and clean. Deshanellah at the front desk went out of her way to make sure my stay was perfect!

We had a very pleasant stay at Scarlett Boutique Hotel in Huế. The hotel is clean, well located, and the staff is always smiling, welcoming, and helpful.
We also booked a transfer from Huế to Hoi An through the hotel with our driver, Huy. The journey was really enjoyable: Huy speaks very good English, shared lots of funny anecdotes, and gave us great local tips along the way. We also made some beautiful stops on the way, including the lagoon and the Hai Van Pass, which made the trip even more memorable.

Sijainti oli meille loistava, ja huone siisti ja tilava. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja huomaavaista (kaikki puhuivat erinomaista englantia, joten kommunikointi oli helppoa).

We had a great stay at the Scarlett Hotel. We had two rooms on the same floor that were both clean, well decorated and comfortable. But the highlight was the staff (Ruby, David and the rest of the team) that was fantastic! And the breakfast that was also really nice. The hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants (but the hotel itself is quiet) and it is about 30 minutes walk to the entrance of the Imperial city.
Would definitely stay again for a future stay in Hue.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay when we were in Hue. We stayed in the Rhett room and it was fab- clean and spacious and fruit and water left every day. The best part of of the Scarlett was Ruby and the team on reception - they could not do enough to help you out with anything and made you feel more than welcome! I would not hesitate to stay here again!
