Fantastic boutique hotel in Hue
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming.
The room was very comfortable, extra large bed which was very comfortable.
Large bathroom with a good shower.
The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels and water provided every day.
We used the laundry service and our clothes came back within 24 hours nicely laundered.
The hotel provided us with some bicycles for a day so we could go for a ride outside of the city
The breakfasts were great, with lots of options, a huge choice of buffet style, fruit, pastries, bread, cereals and yoghurt plus a cooked option of eggs, pancakes or Vietnamese noodles. Juices and hot drinks are plentiful.
The staff recommended local restaurants and showed a keen interest in what we had done each day.
Thanks again to all the staff, Ruby is the only one I can remember her name but the staff are stars and are true ambassadors of the hotel.
Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable.

Scarlett Boutique is a special little gem
Pros:

Fantastic location. Extremely comfortable beds. Really great breakfast. The staff couldn’t have been nicer - they were amazingly professional and friendly.

Miły hotelik w swojej kategorii cenowej
Pros:

Mały, butikowy hotelik, nieco trudny do znalezienia (w podwórzu). Dobra lokalizacja w nowej części miasta w pobliżu ogromnej ilości świetnych restauracji, kawiarni, sklepów i klubów. Dobre, choć proste śniadania. Przemiły i bardzo pomocny personel

Cons:

Pokoje zdecydowanie mniejsze niż to co można by sądzić po zdjęciach i nieco już trącone zębem czasu. Pod hotel nie można podjechać (jest w podwórzu) ale personel pomaga przenieść bagaże z ulicy.

Perfect Boutique Hotel in an Excellent Location
Pros:

A perfect boutique hotel in an excellent location. We received a warm welcome on arrival, and it truly feels like a hidden gem just off the main road—peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.
The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay special. A huge thank you to Kelly, Ruby, David, and Thanh for their genuine hospitality and helpful recommendations. Excellent value for money. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to family and friends.

Wonderful small hotel, great staff, great location.
Pros:

Ah cracking boutique hotel in the perfect location. Wonderful warm welcome on arrival, nice cosy spot to stay, in walking distance of ‘the walking street’ shops and the old palace. Room was really pleasant, great bathroom/shower ! Nice breakfast / breakfast area. Staff were great hosts , suggesting things of interest, helping with transfers.
