The hotel is very beautiful and inviting, the room extraordinarily stylish, beautiful, and also practical in furniture (beautiful wood) and equipment. The team is very friendly and helpful in every way. The location is very central in the old town and very close to the river. The city tour, arranged by the hotel, with a visit to the impressive Imperial City was both informative and memorable. Breakfast is prepared individually and is very good.

Quiet and off the main street yet centrally located. Staff are friendly, warm and exceptionally helpful especially Ruby.
We only had a day in Hue and Ruby was very helpful and organizing a tour for us and providing us great tips in our short time there. Always had a smile on her face.
Fewer amenities than other hotels however that wasn’t a big problem. It depends on what you’re looking for and Ffor us this was perfect.

The quality of service provided by the staff at this hotel far exceeds 5 stars. What a lovely team. The hotel itself is very well located, within walking distance of many points of interest. And importantly, the beds were very comfortable and the entire hotel was very clean and well maintained.
