The Scarlett Boutique Hotel

Had a really great stay at Scarlett Boutique Hotel. The hospitality stood out right away. Linda and David set the tone with warm welcomes, and the entire team was genuinely kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the private balcony was easily my favorite part. Having a spot to open the doors, get some fresh air, and unwind made a big difference. At check-in, I was welcomed with a drink, and there was also fresh fruit waiting in the room, which was a really nice touch.

Breakfast was also on point. There was a good variety of options, and being able to order a few things made fresh was an added bonus. Everything I had was good.

It’s the small details that make a place stick with you, and they definitely got those right here. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Staff especially Cam and Linda took very good care of us and we felt very comfortable and welcome. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and location is central. Highly recommend.

Fresh fruit is refilled everyday and the room is clean. The staff treat me like family.
The best thing is location. It's convenient to get to the attractions and local restaurant. It's only 3min walk to Walking street and 10min walk to Perfume river. Next chance I come back Hue, the Scarlett will definitely be my 1st choice.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Ruby, David, Linda and the team were incredibly attentive and helpful. We arrived after an overnight train journey and went to the hotel to drop off our bags before check in. In seeing that we were in need of a freshen up Ruby let us borrow one of the rooms prior to check in so we could take a shower and feel better. They also invited us for a welcome drink and some fruit before giving us some recommendations of the city. They also let us store our bags for free prior to check in. Throughout our stay the staff helped us with bookings and ensured that we were well taken care of.
In addition, for people who prefer a quieter location. The hotel is set back from the street and away from the bustle and street noise. The location is within a stones throw of walking street, and the imperial city is 30mins walk away.

Hotel staff were extremely attentive and welcoming with lots of local knowledge.
Breakfast was nice with additional cooked items made to order.
The room itself was comfortable, clean and stylish.
We enjoyed our stay at The Scarlett Boutique very much and will definitely stay there again when we next come to Hue.

Staff were so polite and helpful. Showers hot and strong. Rooms clean, bed comfy and good breakfast. Away from the noise of walking street but close enough to walk there.

A great place to stay! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and in a fantastic location. All staff (Linda, Thanh and the rest of the team) were incredibly attentive, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and provided detailed information about the local area and possible itineraries for our trip. Breakfast was also really good, with a nice selection of meats, fruits and additional made to order options. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

The hotel was fully equipped, and the service exceeded expectations; we received complimentary fruit and water daily. Its central location made walking and sightseeing very convenient, which I really appreciated. The staff especially Ryan and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning for my next vacation.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The bed was so thick and soft! The staff is phenomenal and tend to your every need. Breakfast was great and the whole hotel was spotless! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Perfect location near the river, walking street, nightlife, and just minutes from the imperial city and the dong ba market. The hotel is just the right size 17 rooms and the rooms are very comfortable/quiet and tucked away in a quiet alley off the main road. The staff went above and beyond the meaning of true hospitality (this coming from someone how’s has work in the hotel/country club industry for over 40 years). I would stay here again without hesitation

My stay at The Scarlett Boutique Hotel was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after.
A special thank you goes to Thuý, who was incredibly kind, professional and always happy to help. She gave me excellent recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to try and local experiences, making my time in Huế even more enjoyable. Her warm attitude and attention to every detail truly made a difference.
The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. The room was quiet, the bed was excellent, and everything was designed to ensure a relaxing stay. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.
Thank you to Thuý and the entire Scarlett Hotel team for such a wonderful experience. If I ever return to Huế, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
