Un boutique hôtel plein de charme avec un service exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Scarlett Boutique Hotel. L’un des points les plus marquants reste sans aucun doute la qualité du service : le personnel est extrêmement attentionné, toujours disponible et sincèrement soucieux de rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Les conseils et l’aide apportés pour organiser nos déplacements ont été particulièrement appréciés.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à la fois central et au calme, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de la ville tout en restant à l’écart de l’agitation.

La chambre était très propre, confortable et décorée avec goût, dans un style élégant et chaleureux. La literie est de bonne qualité, ce qui garantit un bon repos après les journées de visite.

Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais de qualité, avec un choix entre options continentales et spécialités locales vietnamiennes, ce qui est très appréciable.

En résumé, un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un établissement à taille humaine où l’on se sent bien accueilli.

Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet établissement pour un séjour à Huế

Everyone at the reception took such good care of everything that I needed. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and welcomed. They even give out a map of the city at the start which is very helpful.

Cons:

Der Sessel im Zimmer hat zu viel Platz weg genommen und hätte auch weggelassen werden können.

Hotel pequeno e aconchegante. Equipe atenciosa. Quarto bom, cama confortável. Café da manhã também atende muito bem. Fui muito bem atendido nos contatos para fechar o transfer e passeios. Muito rápido e eficaz. A uma caminhada de 10 minutos do Rio Perfume.

Ao chegar você estranha um pouco a entrada, mas depois você entende. Sem vista nenhuma da cidade.
