Henann Prime Beach Resort

The resort and the crew are amazing. The food is phenomenal and everyone is so attentive to all our needs. I enjoy every crew every food that they serve.. All the crew in the restaurant, room and front desk, attendant in the Buffet are so Friendly and attentive, Gelo made it special.

This is amazing resort right on the water. The room is incredible clean and the staff are so friendly. We especially like the food and one of the best host was.Helo. He Helo was so attentive remembered what we liked and made for a great experience for the entire family. Thank you all for such an amazing Stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Rona at the front desk checked us in earlier than promised. All of the staff were very helpful.

Our stay was very pleasant and altogether relaxing. Everything is smooth from the airport transfers to checking in and checking out. All staff are very friendly and helpful specially when we checked in, Anne, the front desk that assisted us went above and beyond in accommodating us. Our arrival time was earlier and had to wait but she helped us get our rooms sooner and even helped us in transferring tooms as our initial request to have rooms connected or at least near to each other. Overall, we're very happy. From the services, to the foods and the massage that we also availed. It's our second time booking at Henann Prime and it will always be our go-to hotel in Boracay. ❤️❤️❤️

Overall, our experience at Henann Prime was smooth and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was well maintained. The transport service was also very good and convenient.

The staff were very proactive and helpful, especially Anne, who assisted me with several follow-ups. The restaurant food was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable as well—particularly the champorado, which stood out.

We truly appreciated the quality of service and hospitality throughout our stay.

After a long trip to the island, we finally arrived at Henann Prime. Front desk personnel by the name of Charm accommodated us swiftly with a smile. Hotel was a perfect getaway for our family trip during Christmas season..

I am very disappointed from this hotel waited sinllng check in then room not cleaned well smells so bad from smoke, we went restaurant but crowded ordered pasta was disgusting no reccommend this

Our first Henann stay on the island. The receptionist (Charm) lives up to her name as she was indeed charming, most friendly and accommodating. Removed my anxiety to be honest! We look forward to spending our Christmas here.

Henann Prime Beach Resort in Boracay was exceptional from check-in to check-out. It is a must-stay destination—very accommodating, welcoming, and staffed by friendly and polite personnel. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Boracay. Special thanks to Rona at the front desk for her outstanding assistance throughout our stay. She went above and beyond by helping me obtain medication when needed. Truly excellent service and warm hospitality.

Me and wife was very happy with our 5 day stay here at Henann Prime. Besides the beautiful view of the white sand beach the service rendered was excellent and the crews are all accommodating with all there smiles and they all look good with the color of their uniforms. The accommodation was really perfect all the way from the rooms to the good food everyday. We also enjoyed walking along the very fine white sand and was perfect a beach front.My wife was also enjoying the Buko every single day. Shout out to Chary and the rest of the crew! Will sure miss your hospitality!

Location provides a more serene environment away from the crowd. The athmosphere is great for families. There are many room choices to cater to the size of your group or family. I find booking online ahead of time provides the best savings or bang for the buck.

First time to Hennan Prime Boracay. Extremely cool experience to open the slider door and take 1 step and be in the pool. Very nice room with both a rainfall shower and a large enough tub for me as a rather large American…. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, including the security guards who stop traffic so we can cross the street to get to the beach and breakfast buffet. Which is another great piece of awesomeness. The food is really great, they offer made to order eggs among a huge variety of local and American and other “normal” foods. Healthy choices available of fresh fruits, juices, and then there’s the pastries that they make fresh daily.

Can I just say that Henann was okay but the front desk Charm made it remarkable. We travelled straight from Germany and her energy was just so pleasing.

She was very accommodating, always smiling and it really made our day.

Location is amazing . Beach front and not crowded beach area. Clean amentities, rooms spacious and price for the overall package is good. Breakfast buffet with multiple options and yummy food. Can get busy in the morning but open from 6-10am. So depends what time you go. Staff was friendly and especially Mar. Room noise was quiet ,

Jul, in particular, made our stay truly exceptional—handling everything seamlessly, from check-in and activity bookings to attending to our requests and processing our payables. Our group genuinely felt like VIPs throughout our stay.

We spent 6 nights here in November. We loved it.

There aren't many ocean view rooms, if that's important to you book early. We were fortunate enough to have one and thought it was a worthwhile upgrade.

The rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Check in and out was easy, and we really appreciated the pick up service from the airport to make things easy as first time visitors to the island.

Breakfast was decent, only thing we missed seeing was yogurt. Staff in the kitchen were really nice and we had a few dinners here as well. There was live music every night that was entertaining, and the prices for lunch and dinner were very reasonable.

The beach is STUNNING, exceptionally clear water and soft clean sand. Unfortunately the normal beach chair reservation nonsense happens here with guests dropping there towels on a chair and then leaving for hours. There staff should do a better job of ensuring this doesn't happen. The bad guests are the issue, but if the staff does nothing then the problem just gets worse.

The pool in the beach side building is small but nice, and a good spot for some shade. Massage prices were very reasonable, and my wife raved about the lady who gave her a few massages poolside.

We would stay here again without hesitation. Hennans appear to be well run hotels from what I can see.

The staff were kind, respectful, and always smiling. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me warmly and made me feel comfortable. They were patient in answering my questions and quick to help whenever I needed something.

The service is on point, all of the service and security crew are very accommodating. Special to ma'am chary and ma'am for taking care of us, and thanks to all security guards especially sir padilla for making us feel safe.
