Not much i did like about the place

Property is well located and affordable, but run down and apparently being sold so no money being spent of improvements

The ladies share bathroom upstairs had no toilet paper in both toilets, no hand towels & no soap.

I alerted the staff about this & they assured me they would take care of it.

No one came, the bathroom stayed the same, even until the next day when I left.

The room was clean & fresh & staff were friendly.

Could have been cleaner. There was a used washer in the shower and dried milk on the bench. The bistro was closed for the night too which was inconvenient.

The meals at the venue were great

I mean I was looking for budget as a last minute booking and I got it. Could do with a polish

Facilities were good - newly-appointed room had air-con, fridge, etc. but, curiously, one set of headboard power sockets were not wired up!

Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Parking was interesting but available.

Convenient stay but facilities need a face lift. Parking feels unsafe in the back alley. Staff were friendly but check in seemed to be confusing for the staff. Central location to all Gunnedah shops and main street.

The room was modern but the bathrooms could do with updating.

Great place all round.

Checked-in late and no issues getting keys. Hallway to room was pitch dark, near impossible to see at night.

Nice comfy room.

Unfriendly staff, poor customer relations skills.

I was there to bury my dad, couldn’t even have a shower as there was no light bulb to turn light on and the shared amenities was very unclean! They also took our payment off our card prior to arrival when we opted to pay on arrival on a different card and also gave over 24 hours notice to cancel second night which they said no and we ended up paying for both nights and only staying 1! Staff were rude and not helpful at all and the walls were so thin I could hear the people in the next room doing up zippers! Would not go back there again or recommend

Reception is staff at bar. Given key and direction to room. Ask about off street free parking. No just take spot in street. Where is best place so to bring in all gear. Answer any entrance. Great No guidance to room or hiw to best get there. Entrance to accommodation from street security door left open.
Noisy as walls seem paperthin and doors crash shut.

It was a 10 days staying. The room was small and with bugs running around the ground and wall. We have to buy traps to catch them during stay. Room doesn’t have private bathrooms and have to use a shared bathroom which is not clean and lack of bathroom accessories like no hand wash and paper towels. When I requested for clean towels, took me there times to get a clean towel.
