Unclean room especially for bathroom, broken shower, AC didnt work properly and leakage need repair the room was hot and not friendly service by staff. I realize that can not more complaint since the low price, location little bit far from market
every thing is bad.
when i checked in there they said pay money.but I have already payed money .but they continue to say pay money.they don’t speak English.
I had to wait 1hour for checking.
when i enter the room room air controller didn’t work.
they offer change room.I accept it.but they change lower grade room.so I said them it’s not fit.then they fix air controller.Even fix it,it was so weak working.so my room was so hot it like Inferno.
and room was so dirty .sheets is so dirty.sheets has dust and blood.and towels are also dirty.bathroom also so dirty.
room didn’t have toilet paper.No soap.No hair dryer.No shampoo.rooms water is so weak.very uncomfortable to take shower and washing hand.
I recommend not staying here.
I stay more than 100hotels.but I stay first time this worst unbelievably bad hotel.
As a seasoned traveller, this was one of my worst stays in Reddoorzs (Ustay) Jakarta; mainly due to the intransigence of Agoda, lack of communication, fobbing off and apparent lying. All these allegations are similar to Trip Advisor reviews. With this evidence, who would want to use Agoda? A big risk. Watch out for its cancellation policy i.e. no cancellations without losing your money!!!
The room was nothing like the photo on Agoda’s web site – spacious with good, soft furnishings. It was, cramped, very poor, being basic and “Spartan” (low “Budget backpacker” standard) and highly misleading, an illegal misrepresentation and very poor value for money.
The shower room was old and in need of renovation, with a stained toilet, a half roll of toilet paper and no boxes of tissues. The Wi-Fi was very slow and down (inoperative) for three of my six days. No safe, fridge, rubbish bin, quilt cover or tea making facilities (basic in better hotels) The only positives were instant hot water and receptionist: Vrilla who was patient, helpful, pleasant and spoke reasonable English
Extremely disappointed, I wanted to cancel so I spoke to the Regional Manager of the Reddoorz Ustay chain. She said that they would give me a full refund. To be assured I spoke to Agoda as they were holding the payment off my credit card. The Agoda staff “support” member was “soft” and reassuring but said that she would contact the hotel and ring me back. They did not, so I rang again – I wanted a clear decision. Yet more delay. Eventually, I got an email saying that they would look into it. The days were ticking by and I felt that I was living in limbo and the saga was making me Depressed. It was like living in a prison. With no response, I spoke to them again. Predictably, yet more delay. After several more emails, Agoda said that Reddoorz was refusing to do a refund, contradicting the Regional Manager who WAS going to refund me. So, who was telling the truth? Thus, I felt Agoda was extremely unhelpful with extreme delays, very poor communication and customer care. I felt fobbed off and told lies!!! Agoda appears to be only interested in "The Money" and not the care and interests of the travellers!!! Were all the delays a strategy to avoid refunding me? Is there any legal redress? I complained to Rita (Regional Manager) but received no reply. A usual corporate strategy for complainants, these days,

The first why i visit this hotel,because my house is far from my workplace,i book via apk but wrong date,maybe cz im so sleepy,i came there and I try to ask to the receptionist,could i check in early,i'll check out at 6am im swear,the clock is showing time 1:30 night and he's said : no,you cant!!this is a rule oprational!
I've asked for info manager beforehand because I was already paid and it is unfortunate if you have to ask for my money back because we are not able to stay there,
I skip parts checked in the end he gives me the room key, I think already finished the problem,when he got me in his bedroom, what happened? key can not be used after repeatedly, I go up and down to try and their response is very bad!!!! I was given a room with 2 separate mattresses and no curtain,what the hell is that!i dont understand why this place can be called "HOTEL" when the hotel in terms of rooms and service do not reflect the hotel!
Too much trouble ,the better you sleep at another hotel than you have to sleep in this hotel!
There's nothing to complain about the hotel. Nice staff performance, perfect location and comfy room. Well, I have to admit that breakfast really needs some improvement, but since it is located near the traditional market (Pasar Petojo), I can just go there and buy some meals in the morning. However, in my second staying at this hotel, my car rearview mirror was stolen. It happened in the hotel carpark area during the night and the hotel management refused to take any responsibility nor did something. It was just like a normal thing. So, in my opinion, this hotel is okay if you come by public transport, but in case you have to bring a car, I suggest to look for another hotel.
Also, the WIFI connection is only available in the lobby area which might be inconvenient.
it is a cheap hotel in Jakarta, clean and large room, good for take a rest after busy day.
easy to find a place for dinner, but the traffic is a bit crowded. Good quality WIFI is provided at lobby and restaurant.
the worth is the breakfast. the hotel only provides a simple menu (fried rice with noodles or tofu), no egg station. if we order egg, it will be extra charge.
however, this hotel is recommended for those have activity at 'Harmoni' area.
Hotel N3 has a very strategic position in Central Jakarta. I only need one "angkot" trip to go to Tanah Abang station. Always love the humbleness of its staffs and the cleanliness of the room. N3 is a good budget hotel, eventhough I will gladly suggest the owner/manager to improve their breakfast menu. The breakfast was too bland and simple, so thank God we have Bakmi GM nearby.
