Pros:

There is no Housekeeping and F&B staff in the night time till 7:30 am ---store is closed madam is the simple reply.
We reached the hotel well before check-in time to park my vehicle and that we had 2 rooms booked. They did not have the rooms ready and they said they would allot the rooms once cleaned so we went out for sightseeing. On our return they gave us the rooms on different floors and both were very different.
The room had Amenities but dental kit was not available so I asked for the same but was charged.
Asked for a wake up call at 6 am and readymade bed tea but no one called and since F&B staff not in premises no bed tea could be given.
Asked for a shuttle from the hotel to the mall (around 1.5 kms) and even though they tried got a response in the exact words- "Sorry madam no shuttle , u have to manage on your own". Felt quite strange as there could be a better way to say it.
Overall its just a standby if you have no option which was my case in the peak season and no value for money.
