Happy with my stay at Citizen M, would return.
Pros:

Room was a good size and big comfy bed. Nice presentation. Hotel is a good location in Shoreditch. Didn't take advantage of it but looked like plenty of breakfast and things to have and do in the lounge area. I had an issue in my room with shower leaking but then the staff took care of it and were very friendly and moved my room.

Cons:

The shower leak happening in the first place wasn't ideal. The shower itself looked a bit grubby at the time.

All in all, pleasant, good location and vibe.
Pros:

Location excellent and staff friendly. The vibe is nice with a decent bar and places to work from in the lobby.

Cons:

Major downside for me was inability to open windows in the room. I was informed that this was a legal requirement. It is isn't.

Beautiful hotel, unbeatable location in East London, and outstanding staff. Would definite come back
Pros:

I love Shoreditch and East London, so the location is outstanding. First impression: the hotel feels beautiful, fresh, and very well put together. What truly stands out, though, is the incredible staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to assist with anything. The room was perfectly silent and very dark, the climate control was excellent, and everything felt consistently comfortable. This was especially important for me because I have serious difficulties with sleeping.

Cons:

I knew the room size in advance and I understand that everything relates to the price.
However, the layout could perhaps be improved a little to make the space feel more comfortable.

Also, just a small note without judging anyone, we were asked whether we wanted full or light cleaning. In the middle of our stay I simply asked if the towels could be changed and if we could have some toilet paper, but no one came during our four-night stay. This may have been a small miscommunication since English is not my native language.
That said, all the staff were truly amazing.

Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au CitizenM de Shoreditch. Le personnel a été très accueillant et serviable. L’hôtel est très bien placé et propre. La deco et l’environnement fait qu’on s’y sent très bien. J’ai hâte d’y retourner !

Amazing, super clean. Helpful staff and super quiet room with amazing view. Super modern system as well. I extended my stay original stay from 3 nights to 5 nights because the hotel is so amazing
and it was super easy to process it.

Pros:

The location is GREAT, you are walking distance to basically everything in east london, ad while it was very central it was not loud at the hotel! the staff is super friendly and helpful, check in and check out is increadibly smooth!

Cons:

The rooms are really small! it wasnt a big issue for us as we were only there for a weekend, but if you have two big suitcase I dont think you will be able to walk in the room...
