Disappointed
Pros:

I was there over the weekend and waited for room to be ready cause I arrived before check in time.
Hotel access is narrow and non help to direct me to parking spot.Got in the room and found out wall lamp close to side table was on and off and no hanger stand by. took shower and found out towels were torn and not suppose to provide for guest. It is part of hotel under local hotel management as TOPOTELS Hotel Management plaque is on the lobby wall area and they suppose to review and audit it based on TOPOTELS standard. By the way, Is it a hotel management standard to allow employees to put on sandal as their operation uniform?

Terrible...... There is no breakfast for those who do not attend fasting.
Pros:

Last time is good....
but since this time is fasting moment, it's become terrible
My family pays including BF
but we cant get it, and they say we must took our BF at 3-5 AM
Why we can't get our BF in the morning in time of our usually did?!? We can't wake at that time, because we're really tired and they say after that is no more BF, there is no chef again after 5 AM they said, is this a star hotel or just like an inn?!?. ohhh no... why we have to follow the people who attend the fasting?!? Why this hotel can't respect other guest who aren't?!?

ODUA... not bad...
Pros:

Tempat tidur nyaman, tapi kamar terlalu sempit, dan siaran tv lokal tidak jernih,walaupun tdk ada siaran tv luar tapi tolong setidaknya siaran tv lokalnya yg jernih donk...
