Não foi possível fazer o check-in por eu ter sido surpreendido com tarifas extras de 30,00 para cafe da manhã e 30,00 para estacionamento. Solicitei a atendente fazer o cancelamento da estadia.

Fomos muito bem atendidos pelos funcionários, o quarto muito bom, mas o que deixou muito a desejar foi que para comprar água ou Refrigerante, Você precisa fazer um cadastro que leva um tempão e ainda não da certo!!! O sistema trava demora muito!!! Aí Você chega no hotel depois de um dia de trabalho, cansado e querendo descansar, tomar uma água e me acontece isso é pra acabar!!! Acho que devem repensar isso!!!😉

Já me hospedei outras vezes no thomasi. Já foi melhor! Nos colocaram em um quarto (o único do andar) com TAG para abertura do quarto - talvez experimento - mas que não funcionou, precisando descer para pedir ajuda, quando a recepcionista chegou teve que ficar puxando a porta para abrir - desnecessário em outras portas que usavam cartões comuns. O banheiro tinha uma das luzes queimada, o que deixava o banheiro mais escuro que o habitual. O café da manhã continua muito bom, o que ainda salva a estadia.
