The service was excellent, Lisa at the Frontdesk & Michelle at handling the breakfast.

Cons:

I asked for a room with a KS bed and it was confirmed that I would get this.(I work for a hotel myself and I know room with a KS bed depends on availability, the next possibilty is to offer an option to upgrade to a different room.), but I did receive confirmation that a KS was available .Instead it was a room with 2 twin beds & a terrible view. Also the AC was not working so it was a hot night

Pros:

Eigentlich war alles klasse.
Doch besonders das Frühstück super! Es gab eine riesige Auswahl, alles war sehr schön angerichtet und die für das Frühstück Zuständige war ununterbrochen mit etwas beschäftigt um alles gut aussehen zu lassen.

Unser Fixpunkt in Nordhorn seit Jahren und immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Super und ruhige Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sauber und ein Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Leckeres Essen im Pier 99 und ein sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Was will man mehr?
Herrlich gelegen am Vechtesee- ideal zu Fuss in die Stadt oder für Wanderungen in die schöne Landschaft.
Die gratis Fahrräder vom Hotel sind ganz ok für Stadt und kleinere Touren bis 25 km- darüber würde ich mieten oder das eigene Rad mitbringen.

Cons:

Eigentlich rundum zufrieden. Zum Verbessern: als Hotelgast kann man die Mahlzeiten am Mittag und am Abend im angebauten Restaurant Pier 99 nicht aufs Zimmer buchen - umständlich.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Ambiente und sehr, sehr nettes professionelles Personal. Top. Besser geht nicht. Bleibt so👌

Cons:

Leider haben wir keinen Fahrradabstellplatz mehr bekommen. Vielleicht noch einen Schuppen anbauen?

Direkt am See
Pros:

Top-Zimmer und Top-Frühstück. 4 Sterne sind angebracht. Trotzdem ist das Restaurant angenehm unkompliziert. Da das Hotel und die große Außenanlage direkt am See liegen, kann es etwas trubelig werden. Auch für Nordhorner Cocktail-Schlürfer scheint das angeschlossene Pier 99 eine angesagte Location zu sein.
