Perfetto , posizione ,ristorante , cortesia ,grazie al signor Dong che ci ha fornito il mezzo x visitare i mercati fuori Bac Ha .L'hotel è un punto di riferimento anche x le informazioni x chi non è ospite . Camera ampia ,ma alcune non hanno finestre

Parfait.
Pros:

L'emplacement était top (pas loin du marché), notre hôte très aimable et arrangeant pour organiser notre retour jusqu'à Sapa. Le restaurant est bon et c'est pratique.

M. Dong nous a trouvé un guide et un chauffeur pour une journée à moto. Nous avons passé une super journée !
Il nous a aussi aidé à organiser la suite de notre transport en bus. Lit confortable, chambre au calme et hôtel très bien situé (pour aller au marché ou se balader en ville)

Vyjimecne vstricny personal, vzdy ochotny pomoci.

Cons:

Nas pokoj v 5. patre byl obtizne dostupny. Hotel nema vytah a schody jsou nepohodlne. Pokoj byl v den prijezdu velice chladny, topeni ho vyhralo az druhy den.

L’emplacement sur les hauteurs de Sapa, avec vue sur le lac et à 3 minutes du centre ville. Le propriétaire très sympa, conseille et aide pour les itinéraires. Parle très bien le français, c’est un plus.

Chambre grande, grand lit, eau chaude. Bien placé plein centre

Cons:

On m'a donné la chambre la plus haute de l'hôtel, 5ème étage sans ascenseur (j'ai 72 ans est ai un gros sac à dos).
Personnel poli sans plus
Un peu cher pour ce que c'est, étant référencé par les guides de voyage il en profite je pense...

Die Lage war ideal, alles Wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Personal war nett und sehr hilfsbereit - in jeder Hinsicht.
Auf Nachfrage wurden uns Taxi und Bustransfer nach Hanoi perfekt organisiert. Vielen herzlichen Dank.
Die Unterkunft kann man weiter empfehlen. Se

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war wirklich sehr schlecht.
Die Handtücher sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, sie eignen sich nicht mehr zum Abtrocknen und sollten unbedingt erneuert werden.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo, il gestore dell'hotel ci ha detto che la struttura non era utilizzabile per un problema ad una tubazione. Ci ha spostato in un'altra struttura, lontana dal centro e ci ha dato una camera di livello inferiore rispetto a quella prenotata. Ha preteso il pagamento solo in contanti della cifra pattuita nella prenotazione. Infine ha cancellato la prenotazione su booking.com adducendo la scusa che la mia carta di credito non funziona, cosa non vera.
