Pros:

The staff was friendly & accommodating. The room was exceptionally big.

Cons:

The hot tub didn't have working jets and had a few floating insects in it. The pool was extremely cold. Once we arrived at the hotel we couldn't not hook up the TV. Come to find out someone stole the internet box. No fault of the hotel but still frustrating. It was fixed once we went down to the desk. The phone in the room wasn't working.

Polar plunge
Pros:

Algona Iowa. Pool was freezing and room was very humid. Bathroom fan was not running. Carpet felt sticky, most likely because of the humidity.

I was there for funeral in town and didn’t spend that much time a the inn. It was adequate.
Pros:

Coffee was way too strong, I could not drink it. Otherwise standard fare choices offered. Bed was comfortable.

Pros:

The bedspread maybe, the towels, and the makeup remover

Cons:

When we checked in, my elderly parents found their toilet clogged with a very large very brown item. Room 120. How does that happen? They had to move them far away into a double bedded room not a king that we had asked for. I was so upset I didn't think to ask if the price was the same. Our room (121) had an overwhelming Musty smell, had curtain sheers but no heavy curtain to keep street light out, the fridge had an energy rating stick half torn off half left there. There was a layer of dust on everything. The closet was very moldy smelling as well. Very dissatisfied!!

If you enjoy rudeness with no filter?!?!?! And to get 9vercharged for a room... come here.
Pros:

I cant specify what area im disatisfied with. The overcharge for rooms, hassle you on your Wyndham points and make rude crude and downright mean comments to you. Take your pick! The front desk lady told me to get out of the hot tub. When I asked her why, she said "you are pregnant". I have health issues and lost a baby causing my issues so I did not appreciate her being noisey as I am a nurse and she knew this. She obviously not a nurse so I found her comment very hurtful and very mean spirited. I went to relax and got hassled not to mention the green algae growing in a indoor pool. The pool was even freezing and I could not swim in it. I also got charged to sleep there for 9 hours 178.00 bucks. Never again! They should be ashamed.

It was nice enough for just resting at the end of day and breakfast was good, just needs some updating.
Pros:

Cons:

Pool was too cold to swim, no elevators for taking bags inside, our room was not cleaned/trash taken during our 4 night stay. The phone in our room did not work and the hair dryer kept falling off the wall.

Nice hotel but not for swimming
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel, and we would stay again if we didn't have children. We planned a night of swimming and fun, as our 2-7-year-olds were excited. Unfortunately, we didn't get that fun as the pool was so cold that the kids' lips were turning blue! The hotel itself was very nice, and even the pool area was nice and big, but again, the cold was disappointing as the kids didn't get to swim.
