THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Pros:

They never ever picked up the phone, by the time my first card was declined, they told me by MSM my reservation will be cancelled, however they charged my credit card for not showing, I spoke to the hotel manager they refused refunded me, as well The booking agent. I have never ever use Booking nor love it neither

Cons:

Refund the money for one night because I was not showing up

Pros:

El hotel es súper céntrico, en un área muy bonita de Guadalajara y la atención es genial!

Cons:

Lamentablemente estábamos en Guadalajara cuando se dio el golpe del “Mencho” por lo que no pudimos salir ni domingo ni lunes.
El hotel y su personal trató de hacer lo mejor con lo que había. Hubo desabastecimiento y lamente no haber escogido un hotel con piscina, pues esto hubiera hecho el encerrona, con un clima tan bonita, más a gusto.

Bien, comodo.
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca, variedad de comidas y puedes salir a caminar. Yo rente carro y solo lo utilice para ir al aeropuerto.

Cons:

La habitación estaba algo descuidada, le falta mantenimiento. El lobby es lindo y tiene lugares para estar muy agradables peor la habitación no fue wow.
