La plancha de la habitación me manchó una camisa muy fina y no promovieron ni lavarla o buscar como desmancharla, adicional me ofrecen servicio al aeropuerto pero el señor cobró 100 mx más por usar pago con tarjeta, no dan claridad e información difusa.

No servía la caja fuerte, no había cafetera y a la mera hora todo lo improvisaron

Brown water was disgusting.
El servicio del staff fue increíble.
Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, el baño y otras cosas y nos apoyaron a cambiarnos de habitación para solucionar el problema. Me gustó que ahora el shampoo, crema y jabones es vervan, amo esa marca.
Le falta mantenimiento al hotel. Tengo varios años quedándome en Love It y se nota cómo ha bajado el mantenimiento que le dan a las instalaciones. Ya comienza a notarse la edad del edificio.
Muchas cosas están dañadas, sucias, falta pintura, pisos rotos en la ducha, falta de limpieza en los baños. La calidad ha estado bajando mucho.
El edificio es muy bonito y el personal muy atento y servicial.
El desayuno estuvo muy rico, muy recomendado el restaurante
Las instalaciones del cuarto estaban muy descuidadas, conectores de corriente flojos, la plancha tenía falso en el cable, la taza de baño al bajarle se quedaba atorado el botón (el que funciona como palanca) y la iluminación dentro del cuarto es muy poca.

Lo único que no me gustó fue que tuve vecinos muy ruidosos y costaba un poco dormir
La iluminación de la habitación era bastante escasa. Las luces eran demasiado tenues y, al llegar la noche, costaba mucho ver con claridad. Como oportunidad de mejora, recomendaría cambiar o reforzar la iluminación para que el espacio sea más cómodo y funcional.
Desayuno muy sabroso y el nuevo mesero es muy amable y servicial.
El colchón matrimonial de la habitación 301 pegado al baño está ya muy incomodo y le suenan los resortes.. Las otras ocasiones nos han tocado colchones y almohadas confortables.. solamente hacer la observación de este

The location is great!
The hotel room has seen better days. Furniture is old, bed spread had rips, there were some long hairs on the bed. The mattress was very stiff, and the pillows were super firm. Also the room had a terrace enclosed by 3 bare walls no chairs or table, didn't understand it.
