Pros:

The Cocoon was an excellent place to stay. The room was spotless, reception staff were friendly and overall was just great value for money. Super comfortable, had the best sleeps of my Europe trip so far.

Cons:

Nothing. Could have been good to have a fridge but all good.

Wir konnten die Fenster nicht öffnen. Bekamen dann aber einen Schlüssel und hatten so die Fenster über Nacht offen.

Die kreative Gestsltung im Hotel war originell.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es keinen Schrank! Das Zimmer wurde nur auf Anweisung bzw. Wunsch gereinigt, trotzdem wurde es nicht durchgeführt. Frühstück war nur mäßig, keine große Auswahl.

It was a nice cozy room, comfortable bed. It’s great to come back to after an entire day exploring.

They had a sewage issue at the ground floor guest toilet during our stay. The entire lobby area had the sewage smell right up to the lift to the 2nd floor. No smell in our room but I have no idea how their guests could have breakfast with that smell. Probably only during this time.

Doppelbett in der Ecke, mit nur einem Ausstieg zur Seite, ist für ältere Menschen eine Zumutung.
Vom Badezimmer separierte Toilette ist zwar gut, ohne Handwaschbecken muss man anschließend zum Händewaschen doch ins Badezimmer - keine clevere Lösung

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in Bahnhofsnähe und zur Innenstadt. Schöner Gastgarten, in dem man bei guten Getränken den Tag angenehm ausklingen lassen kann.

Cons:

Für das Frühstück bekommt man Chips (Wertmarken). An sich kein Problem, aber wenn man, obwohl man diese schon abgegeben hat, trotzdem noch mehrmals danach gefragt wird, ist es nervig. Einige MitarbeiterInnen sprechen nur mäßig Deutsch.

The garden was pleasant. Complimentary sparkling water and good coffee were perks.

Cons:

Some reception staff were not very helpful (for e.g. would not offer to store baggage until check in) and a bit brusque in manner. . The room was not particularly clean; needed a refresh. Air conditioning did not work well in the room.

Friendly, relaxed but 2 star level for facilities and room
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The courtyard area was lovely to sit in and enjoy a drink at the end of the day. The bed was very comfortable if a little difficult for one person to get in and out of.

Cons:

Cleanliness of areas such as the lift and corridors was not good. Maintaine was not done, we were there for 4 nights and the toilets from the restaurant/bar were out of order the whole time as was the bathroom exhaust and acres to parking levels in the lift.
