Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Cons:

Wenn man das Zimmer zur Straße hat ist ein kleiner Minuspunkt die Baustelle gegenüber.

Cons:

La atención era bastante pésima, no te hacían ni caso. Llegamos una noche y una de las recepcionistas estaba en el otro lado de la recepción comiendo un helado y hablando con los otros dos recepcionistas mientras tuvimos que esperar como 10 mins a que acabasen de hablar entre ellos
Otro punto es que en las habitaciones no hay nevera

War in Ordnung .
Pros:

Das telefonische Upgrade auf ein größeres Familienzimmer hat sehr gut geklappt- die Dame und auch der Herr der uns in Empfang genommen hat , war super. Insgesamt war das Personal jedoch gemischt .

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde nicht einmal in den 4 Tagen gereinigt.

Most terrible booking experience I’ve ever had on Booking.com.

I booked a room with changeable date, but then there was a change of plan and the trip got cancelled. Requested for date change and I was informed that if the new price was higher I need to cover the difference, but if the new price is lower, I still need to pay for the original price. I guess the service team just lack of sympathy.

I ended up not staying at the hotel but paid for the full price, so rating and alarming people is the least thing I can do now.

Eine zweckmäßige Unterkunft für einen Besuch der Münchner Innenstadt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Hauptbahnhof und man ist fußläufig schnell im Zentrum bzw. auf der Theresienwiese. Das Bett war äußerst bequem, das Frühstück in Ordnung. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts kann man sich sprudelndes oder stilles Wasser kostenlos abfüllen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es gab keinen Schrank für die Kleidung. Zudem hatte man Ausblick auf eine Bildungseinrichtung und konnte die Menschen in den Büros und Klassenräumen vom Bett aus genau beobachten, was umgekehrt wohl auch möglich war.

Lokācija. Jauns remonts. Interjera dizains. Lai gan lifts šaurs, interesanti izdomāts dizaina koncepts.
Sagaidīja tīrs numuriņš. Brokastis viduvējas, nav liela izvēle, sevišķi tiem, kas piedomā ēst vairāk veselīgi.

Cons:

Neērta iereģistrēšanās - planšetē pašam jāpilda dati, lai gan recepcijā pretī stāv darbinieks.
Ja atstāj bagāžu, tā paliek foajē turpat,kur ārdurvis, personāls mēdz nebūt blakus...
Lai nokļūtu līdz mūsu iedalītajam numuriņam bija arī jākāpj pa nelielām trepēm (ja būtu smagā bagāža, tas ir grūti).
Numuriņā nav nekā klienta ērtībām, vieglāk uzskaitīt, kas tajā pieejams - seifs uz grīdas (iebūvēts pie loga mēbelē), skapja pāris pakaramie (skapju nav!), vannas istabā ir šampūns, dušas želeja, šķidrās ziepes, tualetes papīrs, higiēnas maisiņi, salvetes, dvieļi, fēns, 2 glāzes zobu birstēm. Tas arī viss! - ne telefona, ne galda piederumi un glāzes un tējkanna un ledusskapis dzērieniem, ne skapji, ne matu kondicionieris, ne nakts galdiņi pie gultas, u.tt.
Vannas istabu atdala stikla siena - gulēšanas laikā, lai netraucētu otru cilvēku, labāk gaismu neslēgt apmeklējot to.
Numuriņu neviens nenāca uzkopt!

Schönes Hotel am Hauptbahnhof
Pros:

Super Lage am Hauptbahnhof.Alpenflair hatt uns sehr gut gefallen.Gutes Frühstück.Ritual Produkte Top..Gemütliche Zimmer...

Cons:

Die Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen es war warm aber wir wollten die Klimaanlage nicht einstellen wegen Erkältungsgefahr.Etwas kleiner Frühstücksraum.Eher kleine Zimmer aber für 2 Nächte aureichend.
