Pros:

Wir waren wie immer sehr zufrieden, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber mit einem sehr schönen Bad und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Matratzen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, sind doch schon etwas durchgelegen.

Garage sotterraneo a buon prezzo con ricarica auto elettrica gratuita (bisogna però avere fortuna di trovare la colonnina libera perché ce n'è 1)
Struttura pulita e arredata in modo simpatico.
A 2 passi dalla stazione

Cons:

La zona non é il massimo. Nei dintorni ci sono solo negozi etnici. Comunque mai avuto la sensazione di pericolo.

Cons:

On a cold winter night, my room's heater was not working. When I asked the staff, in the middle of the night, about it, they told me someone would come to change it. But they never came. Did not sleep due to how cold the room was. No refund was provided.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt gut. Für mehrere nächste würde ich aufgrund der Aussetzung aus Erholungsgründen nicht mehr buchen

Schöne zentrale Lage, große Auswahl beim Frühstück

Cons:

Einrichtung sehr abgenutzt, Nägel standen aus der Wand beim Kopfteil des Bettes. Ich habe dann selbst die rausstehenden Nägel mit Klebeband und Taschentüchern gepolstert und angeklebt wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Handtuch Halter im Bad war sehr wackelig

Wir kommen gerne wieder...aber nicht mit dem Auto.
Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben durch die Möglichkeit das Zimmer abzudunkeln, sehr gut schlafen. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage. Mit einem größeren Auto kann man diese Tiefgarage nicht befahren. Dabei ist vor allem die Breite ein Problem (2,10m sind ganz knapp möglich mit viel rangieren). Unser Hinweis wurde abgetan damit, dass es auf der Webseite steht. Ich habe vorher nachgefragt und nur eine Anmerkung zur Höhe erhalten.
Wir haben es auch beim Auschecken angemerkt bei einer Angestellten, aber es wurde ignoriert. Außerdem werden E-Parkplätze ausgewiesen- der aber nicht benutzbar war, weil ein anderes Auto während des gesamten Aufenthalts darauf stand und die Parkplätze sind auch nicht breit und nicht für die aktuellen Autos nutzbar. Nicht nur wir hatten nach Gesprächen mit anderen Gästen diese Probleme.
