Nous n'avons pas ete suclassé comme prévu par Booking.com de fait, la chambre faisait globalement 12 mètres carré et assez mal organisée avec le peu de ´meubles' associés! Les pseudo étagères amovibles pour ranger du linge obstrues le passage ou on se cogne la tête dessus! Porte manteau chip et écoulement de l'eau hors du bac de douche ( porte bien fermée)...bref une chambre marketing mais mal conçue!

Prettig.
Pros:

Fijn om een airco te hebben met 33 graden buiten. 5 minuten lopen vanaf het treinstation. Wel wat verder van oude centrum ( 20 minuten lopen). Ondanks drukke stad toch heel stil.

Hôtel pratique et propre.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration de l’hôtel. L’établissement est situé à proximité de la gare et du centre-ville. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux.

Praktische Lage und freundliches Personal, aber bei Sauberkeit, Tiefgarage, Lift und unmittelbarem U
Pros:

Die Lage nahe dem Münchner Hauptbahnhof ist grundsätzlich praktisch, und die Straße selbst wäre an sich relativ ruhig. Unser Zimmer lag zum Innenhof, sodass wir von der Baustelle direkt gegenüber kaum etwas mitbekommen haben. Das Zimmer selbst war insgesamt in Ordnung, und das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich.

Cons:

Leider gab es eine ganze Reihe von Punkten, die den Aufenthalt deutlich getrübt haben. Das unmittelbare Umfeld des Hotels empfanden wir als wenig angenehm und teilweise nicht besonders vertrauenerweckend: Beim Verlassen des Hotels und mehrere Stunden später bei unserer Rückkehr hielt sich jeweils eine andere obdachlose Person direkt vor dem Hotel auf und durchsuchte die Müllcontainer. Besonders in Richtung Stachus wirkt das Bahnhofsviertel stellenweise sehr heruntergekommen.

Die Tiefgarage ist extrem eng – sowohl die Stellplätze als auch Ein- und Ausfahrt sowie die Kurven. Wir haben bei zwei verschiedenen Autos beobachtet, dass jeweils eine Person vor dem Fahrzeug hergehen und den Fahrer einweisen musste, damit die Kurven überhaupt bewältigt werden konnten. Im K2-Geschoss befanden sich außerdem direkt vor der Tür zur Garage deutlich sichtbare Kotspuren, was wirklich kein besonders appetitlicher Empfang war.

Auch bei der Sauberkeit des Zimmers gab es deutliche Mängel: Auf dem Boden lagen ein paar lange schwarze Haare, in der Tür des Safes war ein altes Taschentuch eingeklemmt und das Leintuch auf der Matratze hatte leichte Flecken. Zu diesen Punkten sowie zu den Kotspuren existieren Fotos. Im kleinen Badezimmer roch es außerdem deutlich nach Kanal.

Ein weiteres Ärgernis ist der einzige, sehr kleine Lift, der entsprechend oft belegt ist und teilweise längere Wartezeiten verursacht. Zweimal haben wir zudem erlebt, dass Mitarbeiter den Lift nutzten, während wartende Gäste weiter warten mussten – offenbar gilt dort gelegentlich „Personal first“.
