Tolles, nachhaltig engagiertes Hotel in guter Lage

Große Empfehlung, nicht nur aufgrund des nachhaltiges Engagements!
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstücks-Service. Das Frühstück wird a la carte bestellt, als Veganer wurde uns ein veganes Frühstück mit Obst und vietnamesischen Gerichten (bspw Nudelsuppe oder Reiskuchen) zubereitet.

Es gibt den ganzen Tag über kostenloses Trinkwasser aus Spendern sowie Tee, Kaffee und Bananen , ein großes Plus!

Unser Zimmer war nicht groß, aber mit genügend Platz und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Alles sauber und das Bett bequem.

Ich möchte noch das Engagement des Hotels für den Schutz der Umwelt hervorheben bspw durch Mülltrennung, Seifenspender im Bad, kostenlosem Trinkwasser etc.

Es gibt keine Auto-Parkplätze vorm Hotel, da recht enge Straße, aber am Ende der Straße gibt es kostenpflichtige Parkplätze, ca. 40.000 pro Nacht.

Pros:

El personal super amable y muy servicial. Nos ayudaron mucho con informaciones y reservas. Desayuno todo servido pero mucha variedad y muy rico.

Cons:

So tengo que quitar algún punto es en el baño que ya era algo antiguo y incómodo para salir.

Siamo arrivati parecchio in anticipo dal viaggio in bus notturno, ci hanno fatto riposare sui divanetti nella hall in attesa della colazione alle 6.30, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli fino al check in così che siamo potuti andare a visitare la cittadella imperiale..colazione a la carte inclusa, puoi prendere piu cose..

The bed and the bathroom was clean

Cons:

The aircon did not have a good airflow the fresh air fan was broken, and the building you could hear the other people speaking or taking a shower. We got sick because of the constant noise from the road outside

Pros:

this hotel is soso nice. it has very beautiful rooms with everything you need. the breakfast is an a la carte all you can eat buffet and is super fresh and tasty! also the staff was soo friendly and helpful. we really recommend this hotel - we would come back any time! 😊⭐️

Staff davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Punto di forza della struttura. Molto contento della camera anche se forse un po piccolina, però comunque tutto bene, nessun imprevisto. Consigliato per un soggiorno breve senza incorrere in nessun problema.

Pros:

Всё было великолепно! Очень внимательный персонал, девочки на ресепшн очень профессиональные.
Номер был очень чистым и уютным, как и весь отель. Убирали и меняли полотенца каждый день. Постель удобная, бельё белоснежное. В душе очень хороший напор горячей воды.
Расположение отличное. Находится в тихом переулке, всё рядом и в то же время шум не беспокоит.
Выбирала отель по отзывам и не ошиблась. Рекомендую

Comodidad, buen servicio y espacio
Pros:

La amabilidad de las personas en recepción, la ubicación. La habitación era muy cómoda, con mucho espacio y muy buena luz natural. El baño era gigante. El desayuno era muy rico y siempre tenían disponible frutas para comer en cualquier momento del día. Las personas de la recepción nos ayudaron a conseguir transporte para continuar con nuestro viaje a Hội An.
