Super Frühstück - direkt zubereitet aus dem Menü. Hilfsbereites Personal. Wir haben ein Elektromofa im Hotel gemietet - tolles Erlebnis, gutes Preis/Leistunsgverhältnis. Fussläufig in die Stadt. Ruhiges Zimmer. Direkt neben Hotel gute Restaurants.

Cons:

Die Strasse ist etwas eng - unser Buss kam da nicht durch, daher muss man ein wenig mit dem Koffer laufen.

Pros:

My room was absolutely lovely with double-doors that opened up and was very clean. At night, night it was quiet and easy to sleep.

The staff greeted me with a treat when I arrive and were very friendly, helpful and professional. They have a book you can look at when you arrive that has number of common and unique tours that they offer.

The restaurant is situated close to number of restaurants with very delicious vegetarian and healthy options. I did not get the breakfast there, but it looked delicious!

Cons:

I walked or bicycled a lot and finding my way back from the river was confusing - I always used my phone. Also, the road the hotel is in is small; so sometimes there was a backup of cars coming to pick people up.

Great staff, good location
Pros:

Lovely helpful staff, always cheerful.
Close to lots of restaurants and the lively part of Hue.
First stay that made an effort to recycle. You could fill your water bottles from a water filter machine 👍

Cons:

Shower over bath. Huge bed which filled the room.

Great stay
Pros:

The hospitality is exceptional!! Location is good and very near the busy area with shops, restaurants and bars. Didn’t hear any loud music and noise from the street despite the close proximity to the busy area and room is clean.

Pros:

Hotel ligt super centraal. Personeel was heel behulpzaam en ontbijt was heerlijk. De kamer zelf was erg basic en verder niet bijzonder. Maar gezien de prijs en het ontbijt heel tevreden!

Great place, do not hesitate to book.

Beautiful, very well-maintained hotel.
We spent one night at this hotel in March and were very satisfied. Even though the hotel has been around for several years, it looks brand new.

Check-in was quick, and we were even offered a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival.

The room isn't very large, but it has everything you need. There's a mini-fridge, a safe, and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning work very well. Everything was spotless, and we could even open the windows. The only downside to the room is the rather firm bed, which might be uncomfortable for some.

An à la carte breakfast is included, with several excellent choices. Everything was delicious. It's worth noting that there is free coffee, tea, and bananas in the lobby 24/7.

As for the staff, they are fantastic. They are always smiling and incredibly helpful. They gave us excellent recommendations whenever we needed them.

A huge thank you to the entire team, and congratulations on your excellent work. I definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Bed a little too firm and one pillow that was much too hard.

Hotel muy agradable en Hue
Pros:

Personal muy amable. Tuvimos problemas con nuestra llegada y se adaptaron a lo que necesitabamos. Todo limpio, agradable y comodo. Bien situado para acceder al centro de Hue, con una excelente relacion calidad-precio. Gracias!

Cons:

El unico comentario a este respecto es que no tenian té negro, pero esto ocurrio en casi todos los hoteles de Vietnam

Un très bon établissement à recommander vivement
Pros:

En premier l’accueil, la mise à disposition de notre chambre bien l’heure du Check in ! Le personnel parle parfaitement anglais et est très serviable. L’établissement est d’une très grande propreté dès les toilettes de la réception (si c’est propre dans ces toilettes, normalement c’est propre dans les chambres)
Ça s’est vérifié puisque notre chambre était extrêmement propre
