Staff fantastic

helt klart prisvärt. Ligger 200 m från sjukhuset. Mer likt kanske ett vandrarhem än hotell då det inte finns så stort matutbud varken på hotell eller i närområdet. Men för att sova en natt på, så är det helt okej!

I really love this hotel it amazing for the price about Premier Inn standard just reception downstairs with a lovely helpful young lady on the desk nothing is too much trouble , room and bathroom spotless comfy bed great TV
The only thing that wasn't as good as last time was the internet but we were in a different room so easily fixed

The residence is located in the suburbs but quite near the intercity bus terminal (about THB20-30 by motorbike taxi). Room is very big and clean, and has a balcony. Boat + transfer tickets can be purchased at the reception so it's really easy to go the the islands (Chang, Kut, Mak). I liked my little stay here as a transfer point between the continent and the islands.

The room was nice and clean and very spacious.
The bed was very comfortable and we all had a good sleep after a long day.
The doors to and inside the room would need some oil as they were very noise when moved. The showerhead could also be improved but the water was good with a steady temperature. It was very difficult to open the TV even for technical young folks. Coffee was available 24h in the lobby, which is nice if you come back late or get up early. The service staff and the people at the reception were very accommodative to our family size. We will surely try to book a room again if we are in the area the next time.

Our stay at Hanoi Prime Center was excellent! The hotel is clean, new, and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to meet our needs. The location of the hotel is in the outskirts of the old quarter but it was still a walking distance to the popular tourist areas. The railroad is also nearby but if you’re windows are closed it’s quiet. Street food is nearby and we love that we were able to eat local food with locals. Breakfast served at the hotel consists of pancakes, toast, assorted fruit, bacon, ham, egg, and pho. Drinks include juice, tea, and coffee. It’s also buffet style. The room is spacious. The bed was on the firm side but still comfortable. We were on the 7th floor and had a corner room. There were windows on two walls but found one wall of windows to be blocked off with a white plastic film. We’re not sure why but it would’ve been a nice view with out it. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I were to visit Hanoi again.

Nice, clean, modern place with everything I needed. There was a little balcony to smoke on. There was coffee available in the lobby, but unfortunately no breakfast. Restaurants are kind of far away.

Staff is helpful and smiling. Washing machine, dryer and water bottle refiller all worked fine. Only two washing machines and one dryer means some queuing time plus they only take 10 baht coins. Staff helped us with a defective bulb plus booked us to our next destination: good job. There is noise from religious building early morning, and from faraway cafe until 11.30pm: except for these few moments, very quiet and enjoyable. The centre is about 15 minutes on foot or 2 minutes via motorbike. Bus station is 10 minutes away. The room was clean but with small cobwebs and dust between bed and wall, and under the fridge (which worked perfectly fine). We liked this place and recommend it.

Nous avons fait un stop à Trat afin de prendre le ferry le lendemain matin pour Koh Chang.
Rapport qualité prix: rien à dire.

L hôtel propose le service d un taxi pour aller jusqu au port direction Koh Chang (450B pour 4personnes max)

Quite far away from the center but good silent location, property in good condition. All day coffee and toasts.

Went for 2 nights to know Trat City and enjoyed the room very much because of the bedding. Room was bright and airy with great air-con. Room felt fairly new with larger refrigerator as they also rent long term on upper floors. I had to ask cleaning to remove spider webs all around the ceiling corners. Not clean did not look good, but they cleaned them next day. They had washer and dryer that i am familiar with. Washed and dried clothes for 85 baht, awesome. NO elevator so be prepared to climb stairs.Good place to stay short or long term if you want to live in Trat city. 200 meters down the soi and you see the highway headed to Cambodia. Bus station is within 1 km of soi.
