Terrible experience at Vivo Hotel.

The bed felt like it was made entirely of springs — incredibly uncomfortable — and the room had a constant damp, musty smell. Things got worse on arrival when I was first shown to a room that hadn’t even been cleaned from the previous guest. I was then moved to another room… which also smelled wet.

The bathroom was in poor condition with visible mould in the shower. There was a broken glass table lamp in the room, and the table itself was greasy — clearly not cleaned properly.

Parking was a nightmare. The assigned spot was already taken, and the alternative I was given was apparently someone else’s — I was even threatened with having my car towed.

To top it off, there were loud parties happening up and down the hallway on multiple nights, making it impossible to rest. The couch looked like it had been picked up off the street.
