Dirty and dangerous.
Pros:

The room was spacious. Good water pressure.

Cons:

After-hours check in pre-organised. Code didn’t work so had to phone support and get it manually unlocked only to find we were not a left a key in our room, so I had to call again. We were never given a key over our two night stay. Hallways hadn’t been vacuumed. Room had two beds but only one made up - not a massive issue as there were only two of us. However, the unmade mattress was far more comfortable so we went to swap the bedding over and found stains on the mattress and linen as well as an alive cockroach.
The shower head was barely connected to the column so water was sprouting out in many directions.
Incredibly noisy neighbours (music and talking) and we were woken up at 4am by a man yelling and swearing, trying to get into someone’s room to attack them. We later found out the man was wielding a machete. Obviously this is not the fault of the accommodation but shows their clientele type.

Very disappointing - I was given an additional charge for linen for the Sofa bed which I made up
Pros:

Location convenient to shops and public transport

Cons:

I booked a room for 3 adult males and was provided with a small room with a Queen bed, Single bed and Sofa bed plus a tiny bathroom
Beds were less than comfortable - particularly the Sofa bed
