Good value
Pros:

Very clean apartment and bathroom. Very comfortable beds and nice to be able to cook a basic meal. Bella, the manageress was delightful. So welcoming and friendly. Good location in Kew which had many cafes and 20 minute tram to CBD.

Cons:

The decor was a bit dated and not a great view. Very near a major traffic intersection but definite value for the money.

Great value for money, would stay again.
Pros:

Room was clean and had mostly everything we needed for a two night stay.

Cons:

There was no hand towels and we had to follow up about extra money that had been taken out of my account which was sorted quickly.

Cons:

Check-in was a nightmare. Numerous calls and texts from staff At one point I wasn’t sure I was going to be given access even tho it had been paid for. They still needed photos of credit cards etc

Love this place.. always quiet, (despite being on a main rd), cosy, warm & comfy. I sleep like a baby here. Thanks
Pros:

Love the fact that I can securely park my car. The staff are always friendly, helpful & a pleasure to deal with.

Cons:

A little disappointed, that this time the TV kept glitching & lagging…. And couldn’t connect to Amazon or Netflix.. Not that I watch Tv, ever, but like to watch a movie or two.. Internet seemed to struggle to connect to tv
