Car park is small, no lift from the car park to the reception.

Pros:

Location was good, near to a tram stop. Staff were reasonably friendly.

Cons:

Room wasn't very clean, and smelt like smelly feet. Need to make sure the windows are always open. A cleaner came through during our stay but the only thing they did was take out the binliner and put in a new one with the dirty rubbish bag left on the floor. We also requested more toilet paper from the front desk and they gave us a used toilet paper roll.

Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen facilities

Cons:

Shower does not drain water quick enough and water spreads outside of the shower area. Bath mat got soaked.
Only suitable for able bodied people. No lift.
No table in the room.

Location was okay.

Cons:

Room had a damp smell. Bathroom just ridiculous. Whole place looked like it needed a good clean, from reception through to the room. Food left from previous guests in cupboards.
Would not recommend.
