Die Lage war gut. Ruhiger Spot und doch zentral

Cons:

DIE Matratze durchhängend. Keine storemöglichkeit für den Koffer unter dem Bett. Dadurch sehr eng im Zimmer. Das Frühstück in der Pizzeria nebenan schlecht.

Pros:

I liked we were able to add breakfast to the reservation. It was adequate for Westerners but very good for those who enjoy Japanese breakfasts. I.also liked the staff

Cons:

Smallness of the room. Info said we could put our suitcases under the bed for more room

Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom and facilities

Cons:

The TV has very limited access to movies. I don't like it that I have to create an account to access netflix, since programs in English were so limited. I would have liked to see international news. There are more pornographic programs, which I was shocked to see.
The smell of cigarette was still around especially in the bathroom.
There is no milk to enjoy coffee with.

在八丁掘附近，這站的捷運跟地鐵電梯跟手扶梯很不足，有行李箱的要三思

Great Location in Ginza.
Pros:

The staff was among the best encountered in Tokyo. Very helpful and patient with customers who do not speak Japanese.

Cons:

The rooms were very small bathrooms, which were very inadequate pre-built "modules" with extremely poor lighting. There is literally no extra space in the room if you have luggage. Room service was among the worst. There are no closets, dressers, or any space to put and use user clothes. They provide for hangers on the wall.
