Pros:

A teljes körű pipere ellátás. Gyakorlatilag egy hitelkártya és egy alsónadrág kell csak mint személyes holmi. Továbbá a TV-n megjelenő teljeskörű információ, a tömegközlekedés elérhetősége, a csendes utca.

Cons:

A kompakt elrendezés, illetve a reggeli helye másik épületben volt. De mi ezt nem hibának, hanem tulajdonságnak vettük.
