Pros:

Foi a nossa segunda estadia no Hotel. Desta vez ficamos no Augusta 2 e foi agradável. Sem dúvida que a zona de SPA e escorregas para as crianças é um ponto forte. Além disso, as instalações do hotel são boas bem como o pequeno-almoço.

Cons:

A zona de lazer (sala de jogos) está com equipamentos estragados ou que funcionam mal. sendo um hotel para famílias, este é uma área importante. A mesa de ping pong tem a rede estragada, a playstation não funciona, os brinquedos estão danificados. Este é um ponto que precisa de melhorar muito. O kids club deveria funcionar todos os dias - no nosso caso apenas foi possível aproveita um periodo da tarde porque no restante tempo esteve encerrado. No hotel Augusta 2 deveria existir possibilidade de fazer refeições ao almoço e ao jantar (mesmo que fossem ligeiras , tipo snack) uma vez que com mau tempo é incomódo deslocar para a unidade 1.

Todo ideal , personal amable, cómodo, bien ubicado, dos spa separados y te facilitan trasporte interno , recomendable

Cons:

No poder aprovechar el spa exterior, pero eso es culpa del mal tiempo no del hotel ya que igualmente te dejan acceder

Boa estadia, vale mais a pena no verão para aproveitar todo o espaço.
Pros:

Limpeza, pequeno almoço, chuveiro, e a localização. O staff foi sempre simpático.

Cons:

Ouve se demasiado entre os quartos. Barulho de manhã de bater de portas (6 da manhã). O spa do edifício 1 podia ser melhor (não vimos o edifício 2).
