Avrei dovuto dare ascolto alle recensioni perché è inaccettabile che un hotel a 3 stelle venga mantenuto in queste condizioni.
Il pavimento della camera era sporco e considerando che era bianco, era impossibile non notarlo. I letti presentavano un rivestimento esterno in velluto macchiato (ovviamente il velluto assorbe tutto), così come la sedia della scrivania, anch’essa piena di macchie evidenti. La scrivania presentava delle rifiniture di scotch nero (sì avete capito bene).
Per nostra sfortuna abbiamo aperto la finestra, il davanzale sembrava non essere mai stato pulito. Davanti alla finestra c’era inoltre una sorta di griglia metallica con barre larghe e spesse, ricoperte di ragnatele, che impediva il passaggio sia della luce sia dell’aria.
Il bagno è vecchio e con un phon a muro completamente ingiallito dal tempo. Il frigorifero in camera era spento, quindi le bottigliette d’acqua frizzante erano calde.
Scendendo per la colazione, abbiamo trovato tutto il personale chiuso in cucina a discutere, senza che nessuno si preoccupasse di accoglierci, nonostante uno di loro ci avesse visto. Abbiamo dovuto salutare con un sonoro “Buongiorno” per farli uscire e poter finalmente fare una colazione...mediocre.

設備等は古めですが、昭和の日本の地方ホテルといった趣で、味があるといえば味があります。不便はありません。朝食は種類も多く満足でした。

Perfect for the railway traveller
Pros:

The hotel is located just one minute’s walk from Orte Scalo railway station. I arrived on a late train from Rome, the welcome was warm and the check-in process quick.

Pros:

The owner is a very kind hearted Lady. I had arrived late in the evening. And due to the reason it was a Sunday the nearby eateries were all closed. She arranged for my Dinner. It was truly a nice gesture.

Cons:

The property is old. I have stayed here previously. The restaurant is no more functioning. But the location is brilliant. Housekeeping is also good.

Unmögliche Buchungsbedingungen aber nettes Personal.
Pros:

Nettes Personal, dass mir das Abstellen des Fahrrads ermöglicht hat, obwohl kein Personal da war.

Cons:

Eine Vorlaufzeit von 2h von der Buchung bis zum Einchecken ist ein absolutes NoGo. Für eine nur sporadisch bestzte Rezeption ist der Preis absolut zu hoch.
