Will keep in mind when visiting London next time
Pros:

Room was available before stated check-in time, which was a huge plus. Room was their windowless snug one, with enough room for baggage, large bed and proper bathroom. Breakfast with lot of variety. Location is excellent. Aldgate, Aldgate East and Whitechapel close, Brick Lane just accross the park. Staff very helpfull and the free drink for skipping daily cleaning a nice touch.

Modernes Hotel zu günstigem Preis
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross, modern und ansprechend. Das Bett war gross, alles ist gut durchdacht, so hat es z.B. auch viele Steckdosen. Genug Ablagefläche im Badezimmer und im Zimmer selbst. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist klasse! Ich war schon oft in London in verschiedenen Hotels, bei meinen nächsten Besuchen werde ich sicher wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

The staff are the heart of this hotel, and it truly shows.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us. We had pre-booked a cab service, but after waiting more than 20 minutes with no sign of the driver, the front desk staff repeatedly called the cab company to check on the status. When it became clear the taxi was not coming, they suggested we use Uber instead, which ended up working out much better. Their willingness to follow up on our behalf was greatly appreciated.

The front desk staff were always welcoming and helpful. The manager was also excellent, promptly moving my brother to a better room after there was a malfunction with the bathroom in his original room.

We also loved the complimentary coffee machine at the end of the hallway and the cozy little alcove on the first floor, which was a comfortable place to relax while waiting for our car or other family members. The luggage storage on checkout day was another fantastic amenity that made our departure much easier.

Overall, the outstanding customer service and thoughtful amenities made for a very enjoyable stay.

Pros:

The room was bigger than expected, there were two windows that could open, there were blackout curtains, the bed was also very big and comfortable, there was a complimentary coffee station in the corridor, the staff were friendly, the ac worked well. The restautant area was nicely decorated and pleasant. Aldgate east tube station is a couple of minutes away, Liverpool street station around 20 minutes, and the Tower of London and Tower Bridge also around 20 minutes walking distance.

Cons:

It would be nice to have some to go cups at the coffee station, but maybe that wouldn't be eco friendly.

Great little hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff & great location for the tube & sightseeing.
Free coffee machine on each floor & water in the bar.
Liked the eco friendly Ethos & that we got a free drink in exchange for not having our room cleaned during our 2 night stay.

Cons:

Rooms were ok but a little cramped due to the 'pod' bed setup.
Breakfast had plenty of choice but cooked items were average

Toaleta jest bardzo niewygodna- drzwi praktycznie się nie zamykały, nawet po zamknięciu pozostawała olbrzymia przerwa.

Great location for city life.
Pros:

Great location next to office.

Cons:

Annoyed that on Tuesday morning coffee machine was broken. Asked the cleaner to get someone to fix it. An hour late still wasn’t working. Told reception. Wasn’t an apology but advised I could have gone to the bar. This isn’t the service I need when located on the 4th floor for a coffee.

Great base for exploring!
Pros:

Great base for the gig we went to at Tottenham, just one stop on tube and then underground. Area has many restaurants and brick lane is so close too! Tidy and welcoming with a good breakfast offering!

Cons:

Bar is quite expensive.

Easy automated check in

Cons:

Our room's A/C unit was not working and we notified the staff immediately within the first 30 minutes of our arrival. We were told that someone would check the unit while we were out for dinner and if it couldn't be fixed they would put a fan in our room. We were told it wouldn't be possible to switch rooms that evening because they were full and we should check the next day. So the next morning we asked about switching rooms and the desk clerk said he wasn't aware of our situation and we would have to wait until late afternoon to see if anything was available. We had plans for the whole day so we weren't able to come back to the hotel in the afternoon to see if it was even possible to switch. We only stayed for 3 nights so we gave up on asking for the switch for the 3rd and last night. We felt that the staff had no intention of switching us and obviously knew that the A/C wasn't working based on previous reviews I have read. So beware when booking this hotel during the sweltering summer heat!
