Happy to have stayed here
Pros:

It is a very friendly environment. The rooms were quite nice and clean too. Customer service is absolutely outstanding. We especially had such amazing help and guidance from 2 people, Adnana and Selzia. So happy with the experience.

Cons:

bagno bello ma: rubinetto doccia in alto non regolabile, ti bagni sempre i capelli, la shower cap non è fornita , che fare? lo specchio del lavandino ha la luce dietro, bello, ma il viso è al buio.... Il phon (hairdryer) è in camera con lo specchio a fianco, ma lo specchio non è illuminato , ti asciughi capelli al buio....

Cons:

The room not enough space between toilet and shower.not 100 % clean.

We left a bag at the bar ,this was found but a valuable item was stolen.
