The rooms are clean and look nice. The breakfast is good, the staff very polite and the bar/restaurant is very nice. It is also good that the hotel is close to the London underground. It takes 20-25 minutes to visit most London attractions from there.

Cons:

The area where the hotel is located is not one of the greatest in London. Although the area has several nice restaurants, cafes and pubs, it is quite dirty. Moreover, some streets in the surrounding neighbourhoods felt unsafe. However, the hotel is located close to the main road, which helps in terms of safety.

Hottest room I’ve ever stayed in!
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

First room we were placed in the bathroom door was broken. The next room was ridiculously hot despite aircon being on the whole time we were in there. Staff ignored me then told me to wait to collect my bags whilst they helped all the (white) customers behind me, do the exact same thing.

Bon hôtel pour quelques nuits mais pas pour un séjour long.

Lit confortable, personnel souriant et professionnel, restaurant et petit déjeuner bon, bonne situation géographique.

Cons:

La porte de la salle de bain coulissante qui ne ferme pas vraiment (trou de chaque côté entre le mur et le porte). Rideau peu opaque sans volet, qui laisse passer la lumière très tôt le matin. Poussière en dessous du lit dès l’arrivé. Pas de rangement pour un séjour long.

Chambre spacieuse, déco sympa. Lit confortable, espace salle d'eau ok. Petit dejeuner varié, bon choix. Personnel au top.
Tres bonne idée d'offrir un verre au bar si on ne demande pas le menage tous les jours.
