It is a little out of the way
This was a very comfortable place. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The added bonus was the use of a laundry room to do our wash at no cost. They even supplied the detergent and a dryer sheet. This motel was a great place to stay for a visit to St. John's. It's in Paradise which is not far from downtown St. John's.
It's set back from the road so you need landmarks so you won't miss the entrance. Not a real problem but we missed it a couple of times.
Breakfast was just muffins.
Room stayed warm even with thermostat turned down.
Easy access, friendly staff, clean and modern.
Back of building had poor view, mainly industrial equipment. That said the garden area was well kept. The location in general was right of the highway, which was great.
