Pros:

Modern-rustikaler Stil (Zimmer zwar teilweise noch unrenoviert, aber da verbringt man eh kaum Zeit 😁). Frühstücksbuffet und Gourmet-Abendessen beides top! Auch der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich im Fitnessraum könnte das WLAN besser ausgebaut werden. Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln

Gutes aber kein herausragendes Wellnesshotel
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, relativ neu sanierte Innenausstattung, tolle Bar am Abend mit günstigen Drinks. Kurze Anfahrt von Zürich.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hinkt, für ~300 Euro pro Nacht gibt es leider zu wenig Highlights. Kein Aussenpool, keine Live-cooking Station beim Frühstück, sehr kleiner Whirlpool, kein Personal / Service im Wellnessbereich. Fehlende Klimaanlage im Zimmer, keine Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon, da diese mit den Nachbarzimmer zusammenhängen.

In diesem Preissegment gibt es in BaWü bessere Wellnesshotels.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend. Das Gourmet-Menu ist gut gekocht, der Zusammenstellung der Gänge fehlt etwas ein Thematischer Zusammenhalt.
Der Garten mit seiner Bepflanzung ist Grosszügig und schön.

Cons:

Wir hatten für 5 Personen drei Zimmer für zwei Nächte. Für den Preis des ganzen Aufenthaltes (total fas € 3000) finden wir es etwas kleinlich dass als "Strafzahlung" dass wir über Booking gebucht haben noch € 16 für den Parkplatz verrechnet werden.
Die Kommunikation zwischen Rezeption und Service könnte besser sein. Gebucht hatten wir Zimmer / Frühstück und später noch zusätzlich das Menu. Das hat für Diskussionen gesorgt.

Pros:

Wir sind mit dem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten. DIe zentrale Lage ist super. Freundlichkeit, Service, Essen, Upgrading, Zimmer top.

Overall enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast, pool, jacuzzi and outdoor space. Decent food.

Cons:

The fact the hotel was stated as having AC but not all rooms had AC and we had to upgrade. When we did upgrade the AC was not so effective. We were not informed about the cost of parking at check in and there were no signs that said a parking fee would be charged.

At check in the staff kept saying no - can we have the welcome drink later - no (when in fact we could).
