Hotel Unicornis

Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Der Fernseher und die Fernbedienung sind eine Zumutung, es gibt keine Senderliste und die Fernbedienung funktioniert mal oder auch nicht, der Fernseher ist sehr klein. Die Matratze ist extrem dünn und es gibt keinen Lattenrost sondern nur ein Brett, eine Zumutung und null Komfort.

Hotel tre stelle che in Italia ne avrebbe meritate a stento due. La sistemazione che ci hanno dato era nel sottotetto ed era composta da 2 stanze strettissime e lunghe per cui i 4 letti singoli erano accostati per i piedi. Luce scarsissima e tetto talmente basso da renderci tutti claustrofobici. Quelle stanze non avrebbero superato nessuna commissione per l'abitabilità... dovrebbero essere semplicemente adibite a soffitta/magazzino. Pulizia mediocre. Colazione dolce praticante inesistente se si escludono dei croissant bruciati e un vasetto di marmellata. Pessima esperienza per una cittadina che invece merita tanto.

Die Dusche ist Renovierungs bedürtig, nicht sehr schön bzw verbraucht.

Veľmi príjemný hotel, personál nápomocní, slušní, milí. Radi sa sem vraciame, raňajky v cene s veľkým výberom, izby sú pekné, čisté s príjemným zariadením. Hotel je blízko centra a kúpaliska. Všetko je na skok

Sehr freundlicher Empfang - leider nicht funktionierende /laute & nicht abschaltbare Kühlung. Leider auch keine Reinigung/Zimmerservice.
Auf Nachfrage warum (am Abend) keine klare Antwort & Reaktion.
Renovierungsbedarf & Kühlung/Lärm nicht akzeptabel - ebenfalls keine Reaktion nach Hinweis (z. Bsp. anderes Zimmer)

Nice hotel near to the castle. Unfortunately jakuzzi has only 32-33celsius temperature. Room is nice, some details are ugly in the finishes.

Well located close to the city centre.
No luxury but simple, decent and functional option for a stay that covers all the basics. Quiet area so you can get a good sleep.
Breakfast is a buffet - not a huge selection but decent. Just a shame that bakery (rolls and buns) isn't fresh but rather from a previous day, which is hard to understand given the breakfast starts at 7am.
Comes at a competitive price point so provides decent value for your money.

Excellent value for money at this hotel. We even had the spa facilities to ourselves on the last morning! The buffet meal offer in the evenings is excellent. All the staff were very helpful. One even offered his own umbrella when he went out last night!

Hotel blízko kúpaliska (cca 5 min peši), izba s výhľadom na hrad, neďaleko centra, vhodný na večerné prechádzky po meste, parkovanie k dispozícii. Ubytovanie bolo skvelé a na recepcii je veľmi milí a ochotní personál. Neviem nič vytknúť. Raňajky v cene tiež ďalšie plus, raňajky boli skvelé a každý si mohol prísť na chuť

Perfect location, easily accessible from the train station by city bus and a few minutes walk. The hotel fully lived up to the expectations we had for a 3 star hotel. The room was a bit older standard and had a few faults, but all were fixed after we notified the staff. The breakfast was rich and some of the dishes changed every day. The spa area was really nice to realx in after a long day of excursions.

Good value for spotless digs. And right there just a couple of blocks from old town/town square. Had buffet dinner, including all you can drink (a lot after an afternoon in the nearby ancient Turkish sauna!) excellent draft beer in the hotel restaurant. I sated myself like a king for €10.

Alkuun saimme aika paljon pienemmän huoneen kuin olimme varanneet, sellaista ikkunaakaan ei ollut, josta ulos olisi nähnyt. Vähän turhankin pitkän selvittelyn jälkeen huone vaihtui sopivaksi ja sen jälkeen ei ollutkaan mitään moittimista. Ystävällisin henkilökunta, riittävän monipuolinen aamupala ja keskeinen sijainti antavat rakennuksen pienet ikärasitteet anteeksi. 😊

Tivemos uma excelente estada. Estávamos um pouco apreensivos razão de alguns comentários negativos, mas foi uma escolha ótima. Quarto grande com vista para o castelo, café da manhã muito bom, staff gentil, excelente custo-benefício. Tudo positivo.

Can't beat the location, wellness area and comfort for the price

Unicornis is located right in the center of Eger, with many restaurants in its vicinity. It is a decent hotel that lives up to its official three stars. It offers clean and comfortable rooms, full breakfast and there's the possibility of parking the car in front or in the courtyard of the hotel, for a minimal surcharge. The staff is very nice and helpful!
The hotel would benefit from a makeover, updating part of the furniture but also renovating the bathrooms. What I wonder: in a country that has excellent fruit juices, and considering the otherwise very good breakfast buffet, why does Unicornis have to offer such abysmally bad fruit "juices" that barely merit the name "juice"?

A szállás a *** csillagnak megfelelő, a wellnesz részleg ennyi szobához nagyon kicsi, a fittnesz terem a 90-es évekből maradt vissza. Az étterem kulturált, az ételek finomak, a személyzet a hotelben, és az étteremben kedves, szolgálatkész. Mindent egybevéve jól érztük magunkat, köszönjük!
