Location is strategic which is near Mall, convenient stores, Hospital.
Room is good and cozy. Very clean, neat and tidy. Complimentary soft drinks. Breakfast buffet is great and delicious. Reception staff very nice, soft-spoken and capable.

Made my booking last minute but the receptionist Zun Zar managed to find my booking quickly and also assisted on my check in smoothly + swiftly. Upon my arrival Zun Zar greeted me with a great smile and kindly upgraded my room to the next category. Her kind gesture not just made my day but also made me want to come back and stay again. It’s the company’s blessing to have you. Thank you once again Zun zar.

As a regular guest at this hotel, I truly appreciate the consistently excellent service. I would like to specially commend Rung from the front desk. Every time I return, she greets me with a warm and genuine smile, making me feel truly welcomed.

We arrived late evening just before CNY after a 24 hr travel to Singapore. Only to find that our reservation had been canceled due to circumstances neither the hotel nor we could control. The receptionist staff, especially Ms. Zun Zar, went out of their way to help us and were able to secure rooms.

The food and service were absolutely outstanding! Thank you to the GHJ Banquet team for delivering such a wonderful experience.

The custom service is good, fast, and very considerate.
We arrive the hotel after a long trip and feel tired, it’s nice that the hotel receptionist gave us a warm and situationally friendly service.

The room is clean and dry, with a big window. We are happy to have this experience.

A small advice is that laundry fee is a little high. We try to wash clothes by ourselves, but there is no washing detergent to use.

Overall, the experience is good.

Reynaldo was very helpful and professional during my stay at Genting Hotel. He assisted me efficiently and made sure my concerns were handled properly. He was polite, easy to talk to, and always willing to help. Because of his support, my overall experience at the hotel was much better. Staff like him make a real difference in customer satisfaction. Special thanks to Mr. Wai Keong for making our stay truly special. From the moment we met him, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Traveling with three kids can be challenging, but he kindly upgraded our room from a single king bed to two queen beds without hesitation, which meant so much to our family.
Being informed about halal food options and where to get them by Mr. Wai Keong was another thoughtful touch that made us feel truly cared for and comfortable throughout our stay.
We’ve traveled throughout Malaysia and Singapore, but this was the first time we truly felt recognized and appreciated as Marriott Bonvoy members. His kindness and professionalism truly reflect the heart of Marriott hospitality. A memorable stay we won’t forget.

I stayed 6 nights here for business purpose. The staff are very friendly, special thanks to Wai Keong at reception. He brief me about hotel facility and surrounding areas in details.
Room is ok, with basic facilities.
Breakfast is nice to the value, though no much changes daily.
Location is very good, close to MRT, shopping malls and local food centers.
