Smooth check in by Ms Zun on 19th Dec despite huge crowds as it was school holidays

Was upgraded to premium room without much hassle.

I really enjoyed my stay over the last two weeks and would like to thank you. Miss Pop, the Thai staff member, is an extremely amazing person who truly knows how to deliver excellent service. Even though the hotel location is a bit far from the city center, it is really top-notch, and I would definitely love to come back again.

Ms. Pop at the reception desk was very helpful, with kind approach and gentle patience to all my needs. She updated my access card and helped me storing my luggage.

After 33 hours of travel halfway around the globe, I arrived at the Genting Hotel Jurong around 6:00 am. The hotel staff quickly prepared a room for me and gave me complimentary early checkin. This enabled me to shower and prepare for my business meeting that I was able to arrive in time for totally refreshed.
The Staff are AWESOME. The hotel is located in a convenient location to public transportation and shopping.
The hotel is very clean. This is a world class facility.

I had a pleasant one-week stay at Genting Hotel Singapore. We wanted to extend our stay for another three days, but unfortunately the rooms were fully booked. Still, we were grateful to have enjoyed a full week there.

The room and bathroom were super clean and well maintained. I would like to give a special shout out to Jonathan and Pap for helping us move our belongings when we were upgraded to another room. We really appreciated the upgrade and their kind assistance.

All the staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Thank you, Genting Hotel Singapore, for a wonderful stay!

This hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay from start to finish. The rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained, with a cozy bed that made resting easy after a long day. Staff members were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with requests or questions. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Amenities such as the lobby, dining area, and common spaces were neat and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, the hotel offered great value for the price and created a pleasant, stress-free experience.

Very accommodating, friendly staff.It’s good that some can speak my language! I also like the food! However, the tax and service charge is kinda big..

Near IMM outlet. Hotel is big. Our room was upgraded to Suite. Price is ok and just right. Room and amenities were large and clean. Bed was big and all minibar foods and drinks are free. Service was excellent. The check in was great. Receptionist were nice and accommodating especially Ms Pop and Ms Jesslyn. We ask for directions to transport, mall, etc. There was no noise heard inside the room. Atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant. Breakfast buffet is good. Love the laksha.

I had an amazing experienced staying at Genting Hotel Jurong all the way from the moment that I checked in to checking out. Great customer service by Rung, the room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was amazing. I will definitely come back again! :)

Awesome hotel. If you’re staying in the west, wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The hotel is massive and lots of facilities. Great stay - will definitely be staying again.

I recently stayed at Genting Hotel Jurong, and my experience was genuinely satisfying. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. But more importantly, what truly made my stay great was the service—especially from a staff member named Suriani.

I had an issue with my booking (the kind that can really stress you out when you’re travelling), and Suriani handled it with calmness and professionalism. She communicated clearly, responded quickly, and made sure everything was resolved. It was such a relief to have someone who genuinely cared and took action.

Honestly, if there is one main reason for me to return to this hotel, it would be because of staff like Suriani. Her hospitality really stands out, and the hotel should be proud to have her.

Kit is an excellent server, providing wonderful customer service in the dining room, and the entire Genting staff is world class and superior

I have a very scary experience at Genting Hotel Jurong, Singapore recently. When I stayed in Room 1205, Genting Hotel Jurong from Saturday 9 August (check in) to Sunday 17 August (check out), 2025. Because of “the tiles in the shower cubicle are slippery” and “the hotel did not provide an anti-slip mat in the shower cubicle”, I fell on the floor in the bathroom of the hotel room while having a shower in the late evening 12 August, hitting the back of my head on the bathroom floor outside the shower cubicle. My hushand sent me to the Accident & Emergence of Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, Singapore next day. He also reported the accident to the frontdesk, the managers of the hotel, but all of them refused to admit the hotel is liable for the accident. None of those staff members said sorry to us during the communication with them. Then, we reported that issue to the Hotel headquarters “World Sentosa” but we have not received an reasonable explanation about that yet. Therefore, I strongly remind potential customers to purchase travel insurance when you consider whether you should stay in that hotel or not.
