Met needs and clean but no service which is not good for the price.

Services during stay was basically non responsive. Sent email requesting blanket but never a response. Went to office requesting service and was told it would be taken care of but never happened. Tries to call but no answer. For the $ I would expect exceptional service. And need to fix the reservation emails to include the address to go to for checking in. It was wrong. And when I called for help the person assumes you know where the “other property” is located. Just give the address to check in! We ran in yo two others arriving at the same time trying to find where to check in.

Very good once we had paid for a room with a view other than the car park and main road.
Pros:

Did not except to get a room overlooking the car park. We paid $200 to move to a room overlooking the beach. Having paid a lot of money I thought I had booked a sea view.

Enjoyed our stay enough to want to come back and stay again.
Pros:

Loved the location. Staff were very helpful. It was very nice to have beach equipment set up for us.

Cons:

No sound barrier between floors. (sounded like there were a herd of elephants about me)
No microwave. Buy a better coffee machine. Screw from door hinge for conjoined room was sticking out of the door. Someone was smoking huge amounts of marijuana in one of the rooms the first night we were there.

Wonderfully relaxing 😌
Pros:

The view from our porch. Didn't know about any breakfast. Just walk out our door to the beach and the loungers. We loved it and will definitely be back soon.

Cons:

People above our room were very loud and jumping up and down on the floor it seems.
