Pros:

The beach was nice. The bathroom was furnished well. A/C was strong and good. The unit had hot showers. The unit was decorated nicely, but not very functional. It seemed like you wanted it to look attractive but not comfortable so renters wouldn't stay in the unit much which would reduce wear and tear on the apartment. The person who checked me in was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

There were only 2 small chairs for someone 100 pounds or smaller. The unit should have at least 1 comfortable chair and preferably 2 chairs. Only place to sit was the bed which was too high for just sitting on it. There was no microwave. I thought the large upstairs deck would be available for all the renters. The unit had no windows so it would be even more important to have good lighting. The fixtures looked nice but the bulbs put out such little light that you couldn't read unless you went into the bathroom. Instead of a Keurig, it would have been nice to have a coffee pot so I could make the coffee I brought. Parking is a problem. Not much room to maneuver getting in or out. People not staying on the property were parking there so sometimes it would be difficult to find a space to park.

Gorgeous views
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful views and room was perfect

Cons:

No real sidewalk to get to the unit, no divider on patio for privacy we had neighbors that were out there talking in another language very loudly, needs way better soundproofing the family above us had kids making noise running around and it was extremely noisy and hard to sleep

Unfortunately, our stay was not very comfortable. The bed pillows were extremely uncomfortable and left us with neck pain each morning. The AC unit also made loud noises constantly turning on and off throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest properly.

We were also disappointed that there were no microwaves available, which would have made the stay much more convenient.

In addition, the white beach chairs and umbrellas appeared to be used by people who were not staying at the property, making it difficult for us to enjoy the amenities we expected to have access to.

Overall, we were not satisfied with the experience and hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

The beach was nice

Cons:

It was not the room I thought we were getting the room was not facing the beach as shown in the photos. The room was very small for our 5 day stay. The bathroom had a bad smell a sewer smell. It had no iron, The TV did not work most of the time. There was no pool on the property, we had to go to another property to get our ice everyday. Also the AC was making a loud sound all night we couldn’t sleep. We never had hot water in our room. For the money we spent it was not worth it. We will not be back we were very unhappy. I think I will know longer be using booking app, to book my vacation.

It was right next to the beach, which was really convenient. I also liked that our room had refrigerator so that we could store water and snacks

Cons:

I don’t think that the rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Floors should’ve been vacuumed better but other than that, everything else was pretty tidy.
