This amount will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation. You can cancel the reservation up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival. In that case, the obligation to make the second payment of 70% will lapse. If you cancel the reservation within the period of 4 weeks before the date of arrival, we are entitled to keep the full payment.


1)Cancellation policy

We collect the entire amount of the reservation from your credit card 7 days prior the start of
your stay. If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified within the 7 days or in case of no-show, the total price of the
reservation will be charged.

Reservations made within the 7 days before the arrival are deducted from your credit card
immediately and they cannot be canceled and cannot be rebooked at no cost.

2) Dog Friendly Hotel

We are a dog friendly hotel. Please note the property only allows 1 dog per room; the
maximum dog´s permitted weight is 25 kilos. Dogs should not be left alone in the room.
The property does not accept aggressive breeds.
There is a charge of 25 € per night per dog.

3) Smoking policy

It is prohibited to smoke inside the rooms at Hotel Miba. Smoking in the rooms could lead to
charges up to total cost of one night at the hotel

4)Decoration

We do not allow to attach any decoration (like balloons, posters etc.) to the walls. If there is
any residue left or if the walls are damaged, the repair costs will be charged to you.

5) Room Service

We have room service for 8 € extra.

Das Hotel liegt zwar an der Küstenstraße, unsere Befürchtungen hinsichtlich Geräuschpegel haben sich zum Glück nicht erfüllt - man hört absolut nichts.
Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, das Highlight ist aber der fantastische Meerblick aus der großen Fensterfront. Die Betten sind bequem, die Einrichtung hat einen gewissen Charme und ist sehr angenehm.
Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant, was wirklich sehr hochwertige und abwechslungsreiche Speisen anbietet. Würde in Deutschland schon in Richtung „gehobene Gastronomie“ gehen. Auch das Frühstück ist besonders, man kann aus mehreren Varianten auswählen.
Wirklich beeindruckend ist auch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, angefangen bei Melanie, über die Damen der Zimmerreinigung bis zu den Mitarbeitern des Restaurants. Hier wird Service gelebt.

Amazing, enjoyable stay.
Pros:

We stayed in the Queen Suite which was a very big, comfortable room with a huge terrace which was fantastic. The meals in the restaurant were first class and in fact were one of the best meals we’ve had in Spain, together with Abraham’s excellent service, it was faultless.

Onverwachts een heerlijk hotel
Pros:

Fantastische ruime schone kamers met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee en het dorpje . Heerlijk ontbijt en bijzondere kaart restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel , we zijn twee dagen langer gebleven .

Pros:

Das Hotel hat mich nach 21 Uhr aufgenommen und die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer was das Beste auf meiner Reise. Wunderbar designt und mit fantastischem Meerblick von oben. Auf der ganzen Breite (ca. 4 m) des Zimmer Glasschiebeelemente und Balkon. Herrlich!

Cons:

Sie nahmen mich mit meinem Hund auf und da bin ich sehr dankbar. Jedoch musste ich 25 € extra für den Hund bezahlen.
