Pros:

Beach access..quiet guests
Rates reasonable for the area

Cons:

Stay was 4 nights..no housekeeping service occurred even tho we had our sign on the door.
Bkfast options were great..however..items were scarce even at 8am.(bkfast is 630-930)
Pancake machine was in operable for two of our mornings.
Hot tub temp was extremely warm..and possibly over loaded with chlorine. Jets in operable.

Breakfast was very poor.
Pros:

The beach was nice. Pool and hot tub was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was awful. Please call it a continental breakfast because it is not truly a breakfast without more of a choice of meat.
The only pancake maker did not work. I felt bad for the kids wanting one. They coffee machine only would give about 6 oz of coffee at a time. It was slow and their was a line up waiting for coffee. Not much of a choice of anything else.

Pros:

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful when we extended our one night stay to 2.

Cons:

Really can't complain about this hotel. Its not the Ritz but I have stayed at worse for the same money.

The room worked out great for what we needed for the Holiday.

The kids loved the pool and the beach was close.
