Zuzuni Boutique Hotel

My first time to do a solo beach trip and this hotel was perfect for it. The location is great, beachfront and beside a lot of restaurants and shops just the way I like it.
The room I chose had a private balcony with lounge chairs where you can see the beach upon waking up. The bed is very comfortable, I slept very well compared to other big hotels. Bathroom is basic but functioning well.
Breakfast is included during my stay, and I had the perfect view while having breakfast every morning.
They also have a bar and restaurant, with happy hour offered in the afternoon.
The hotel looks great, white and pristine. I hope they keep it clean and maintained.
Overall a good stay.

This is a hostel, not a hotel.

Cons:
- tiny rooms
- ants everywhere (including the bed!)
- leaking toilet
- very limited breakfast options (they don’t offer you the full cafe menu)
- the check in is located in a cafe. Anyone can walk up the stairs - no security.
- if you’re in room five, your “window” looks into a washing up area for the staff (see photos)
- you’re above a kitchen & the vent is very loud and on until 9.30pm.

We stayed at Zuzuni years ago, and have been day dreaming about the view ever since. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had added more services since our last stay (complimentary beach towels and umbrellas) and their restaurant had a much wider menu too. We were also super happy to be able to check in early, immediately when we arrived.

The view was still just as beautiful and the bed was comfy, however the CR was not what we expected. First off it smelled horrible, which I believe was coming from the sink drain. It was also incredibly tiny and the shower didn’t have hot water. We managed just fine and still enjoyed our stay overall, but I would definitely recommend some minor renovations to the bathroom to improve the guest experience.

Beach front. Nice staff

Hotel direttamente sull’iconica spiaggia di white beach, 3 min dal pontile dove partono tutte le escursioni e a 5 min a piedi dal centro, ricco di negozi e ristoranti. Staff gentile e disponibile e teli da mare inclusi.
A completare la dotazione ci sono il phon, la cassetta di sicurezza ed il frigobar.
Apprezzata l’idea del distributore di acqua calda e fredda nel corritorio.
La struttura dispone di diverse camere con terrazze vista mare molto spaziose..

Nato come boutique hotel avrebbe necessità di un po di manutenzione, le camere sono molto piccole (le valigie occorre aprire in terra) e i segni del tempo iniziano a farsi notare.
Inoltre gli asciugamani in bagno in 4 gg non sono stati mai cambiati così come il kit shampoo e bagnoschiuma fornito solo una volta in flaconcini minuscoli da 20-30 ml al massimo.

Colazione servita dalle 7.00 a la carta, si può scegliere solo uno tra quelli proposti associando poi tè o caffè.

Very good location for the beach and station 1 and 3 - noise from night club 3 doors up was a problem till 3am each night . Breakfast was disappointing

Excellent hotel and the staff really looked after us. The breakfast was a real great addition and the view from the restaurant was amazing. The only downside was there were now sun loungers for the beach.

Room is decent. Balcony is perfect with the most amazing view! Breakfast is great! Will definitely come back!

I love every thing in this hotel.. beach front, the cleanliness, they offer free breakfast and the plating was appetizing and the taste is 👍👍👍👍👍.
The staff are very approachable, friendly and accommodating . I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

Cleanliness and it’s in front of the beach few step and you will enjoy the white sand and torquoise clear water, and their free breakfast 👍👍👍👍👍,surely recommend this place.

Close to everything!! Few steps to the (beach) every food vendor and shopping around the corner, and the view from the patio is epic, a few palm trees in the way but excellent from the blasting sun.

Located directly at the beach. You can enjoy the view during the day, ending with beatifull sunsets.

Breakfast was delicious served at Muchos which is located at the groundfloor at the hotel.

Pros: View is breathtaking. It is right at the beachfront and no hotel would give you this view at such a steal price. Premier beach view room is huge too, it has two extra beds. It can fit 4 people. Breakfast is good. Location is fantastic too. It is in Station 1 near Astoria dock so the tours and activities are just in front of the hotel.. You can easily book for paraw sunset sailing which is hard if you are not near because a lot of tourists try to book it at sunset.
It is also just a 3 to 5 minutes walk to D'mall (Station 2) so you can shop, eat at restaurants there. But you do not need to go far as just beside the hotel there are lots of popular and foodie-approved restaurants. And of course just on the ground floor of the hotel is Muchos, which is top rated by tourists because of its delicious Latin America food.
I recommend this hotel as you can quickly enjoy what Station 2 offers without the noise despite being in Station 1 and of course because of the stunning BEACH VIEW.
Cons: Very Slow Internet and Note the Corkage Fees

Great location on station 1 and ocean view balcony is a standout.
Otherwise simple basic accomodation.
Staff friendly and helpful.

Definitely not boutique, just a shabby place at beachfront. When I arrived, there was no electricity for one hour. Then the water from the heavy rain was permanently coming into my room and I had to put towels everywhere to keep the bed dry. For a 2nd coffee in the morning they did charge me extra (nobody told me before but was on the bill later).

We went for a 4-day 3-night vacation with my family. We were able to stay at different rooms. We love the Loft because it has view of the ocean and an ample space for the kids. The staff are very courteous, they will not hesitate to serve your requests. The hotel is literally a stone throw away to the beach. It's located at Station 1 beach which has a lot of restaurants which you can choose from. We love to stay here because no need to walk far just to reach the beach. The restaurant below, Muchos, serves great food as well. I appreciate the air purifier inside the rooms we had because it absorbs odor and muskiness. The bed are spacious too!!! We are a family of 8 and we were able to sleep comfortably in Zuzuni. I would like to commend Whea as well for a hassle-free reservation. Kudos for allowing us to do an early check-in since the rooms that are reserved for us were available already. Overall we enjoyed our vacation in Zuzuni and we will recommend it to friends as well. We will definitely come back!!!!

We loved our stay because it was beachfront, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect and convenient to restaurants.

The location is good however you need to go to the swcond floor which is fine for us.
We rented the premiere beach front with balcony

The room is dusty.
The toilet has urine stains
The bed is soft ,sheets is clean with tear.
Room is modern
Room has ants (even though we dont eat in the room)
Beds frame has a bit mold(see picture for details)

Over all the stay was ok.

My other family stayed the the cheapest room in zuzuni. It has better rooms because the bed is big and look cozy.

Warm and friendly staff. Greeted me a cool drinking water right when I arrived. Informed me of all options available to make my stay pleasant. I booked room 7 and I wouldn't say it's perfect. But almost yes. Comfortable beddings my sleep was awesome. Working aesthetic bath room. Very good AC. Beautiful balcony. Poor internet connection but no worries I didn't book this for online surfing haha. The vibe is the type a 40s guy like me would go for. Chill. Relaxing. Esp their food area at the ground floor MUCHOS. I would book again.
