Pros:

The room was very large. The mattress was a typical VERY FIRM Vietnamese style. The property is very close to the train station. Enjoyed a very reasonable HOT POT luncheon at the rooftop restaurant. Cost was about 13 usd for 2 and it included a beer and a fruit smoothie. There is a grocery store on the first floor of the hotel which made it very convenient.

No window despite advertised - otherwise very good
Pros:

We booked a room with window, but got a room without it. Room was very well equipped and clean - would be just perfect with the window. Private guarded parking was a plus. Breakfast was a choice between Pho Bo soup and Fried Rice.

Pros:

Comfortable bed.

Kids running around stupid at 7am knocking on doors and making a hell of a noise and the parents and hotel staff did nothing about it.

Bathroom not very clean.

Bad smell in room.

Torn, dirty furniture.

TV was a riddle to get to work.

Led lights wouldn't turn off completely.

Pros:

部屋はとても広く、まずまず清潔で快適です。一階にスーパーがあるので便利です。７階のレストラン（鍋料理）も良かったです。フロントスタッフは英語が通じません。。でもとても親切なスタッフさんです。観光で行ったのですが、情報がなく観光という観光はできず予定を繰り上げて帰りました。唯一よかったのがホテルでの時間です。
