Great Place to Stay
Pros:

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was lovely. The room was clean and tidy and the location for us was amazing. The staff were very professional and friendly, checking in and out was quick and easy.

Cons:

The TV remote didn't work and casting from our phones to the TV was annoying. The bed was uncomfortable

We were disappointed about the lack of view and that weekend didn’t go as planned. It was our first weekend away on resp

The bedroom and bathroom were clean.
The bed was very comfortable, a good choice.

Cons:

We were told we would have a view of the Brisbane Southbank river for Riverfire, and after payment upon checking the payment was received, we were told they couldn’t promise the room and we weren’t given this view.
We paid for the room for the special event and we were disappointed.
No pay tv was disappointing for my husband.
