Great customer service .We will be using the hotel on our next visit.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Just on the pull out bed there was a blood stain. Let the staff know and they were so very efficient and accomodating. We were pleased with the customer service and approach.

Cons:

That we were only there for one night stay. We will definitely stay there again.

Over all the location was great and the bed was comfy.
Pros:

The location was brilliant - easy walking distance into Southbank and if you wanted to walk to the city - that was also accessible but for those who don't like walking you could catch the ferry into Queen St Mall as an alternative.

Cons:

The cafe attached to the hotel. The breakfast was awful on both mornings, toast undercooked, mushrooms the size of a pie, smashed avo was brown - they had a conference there so we had to sit outside with the noisy traffic. Would not recommend this cafe at all - not worth paying the money. There was also little black flies coming out of the drains and were all through the room. We asked them to spray - which they did - but when we got back at night there were still a few buzzing around.

Hotel was perfect and the staff - not so sure about the breakfast though.
Pros:

The hotel was wonderful as was the staff. I was so glad I upgraded to a better room with a balcony and the hotel did us proud and upgraded us to a suite and we had a view of the Brisbane River. Thank You so Much . The weather was perfect to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine with the perfect view. We went for a relaxing coupe of days to include the MJ experience and the member of staff came into the room to clean while we were there did a magnificent job she was absolutely amazing so quick and hard working . We wanted to do nothing but to read and relax just for one day in our busy lives as a celebration of our wedding anniversary and this young lady made this possible as did all the hotel staff even though they did not know it was our special day. Thank You

Cons:

We were not impressed that we had to sit outside for breakfast as they had an Asian party in that filled every seat in the main dining room ! Good job the weather was fine. I booked breakfast with our room but was not aware that it consisted of ONE DRINK (restricted) and ONE CHOICE OFF THE MENU ! have never had this before when staying at a hotel . Maybe I did not read the small print. I had to pay extra for the coffee's we wanted and the choice of menu for breakfast was limited. Disappointed with the whole set up. I imaged sitting leisurely at tables with a white cloth and choice of cereal and fruit etc. Oh well now I know.
