Cons:

Everything was excellent. The only problem was that the air freshener in the foyer was so overpowering that it gave me an asthma attack. It was hard to feel comfortable in the foyer area that was so heavily perfume with fragrance that you couldn’t avoid feeling overwhelmed. Not enough of a reason to stay somewhere else but enough to feel that you couldn’t hang around in the foyer area

Pros:

Customer service from the moment we arrived was outstanding. Jonny went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and settled. The room was great and we loved every minute of our stay. Great location.

Pros:

The staff were attentive and helpful and happy in assisting us with an early check in, this kind of service seems to be getting lost in the modern world so was greatly appreciated. Great location with a short walk to Southbank and all it has to offer. Clean comfortable room with all the little neccessities. We felt welcome and will be back whenever we visit Brissy.
