I did not had breakfast, i was a little bit sick during my stay.
It was a nice hotel stay, it was just that I was sick during my stay.
One of the best rooms we've stayed in Japan, we splurged on the larger room. The amazingly comfortable beds, rooftop public bath, a massage chair in the room, lounge with delicious ice cream, and the in-room soaking tub were all highlights. While the breakfast buffet was not huge, it was very high quality and delicious.
We struggled with the AC units in the room and had to get assistance from the front desk. Even thought this was a larger room with a massive soaking tub, the rest of the room was a bit on the tight side. The parking around the hotel is a bit of a hassle.

Great hotel! The room facilities were great - the massage chair was a nice surprise. The rooftop onsen was wonderful, and is actually larger than the photos make it look. The lounge with the ice pops outside the onsen was also nice.
The happy hour in the guest lounge was a delight.
We booked two rooms and the staff fulfilled our request of being near each other which was appreciated!
There are not a lot of showers in the onsen, so you may have to wait a little while for others to finish.
Beds are not the softest, but still relatively comfortable.
Little bit of a walk to Takasaki station, but there is also a bus stop close by.
There was a massage chair in the room, a tv in the bathroom and a desk which was handy for eating. The coin laundry on site was very handy, and there was also free ice blocks available upstairs during our stay.
The room wasn’t big enough for opening a large suitcase comfortably on the floor, but it’s a fairly standard size for Japan. The location was also about a 15-20 minute walk from Takasaki station, so keep that in mind if bringing large and heavy luggage.
Staff and hotel was clean
The room size is a bit smaller than but it is equipped with a massage sofa and cup noodles.

Everything. The rooms were clean and well equipped , Japanese size. The toiletries bar supplied prime class products, the breakfast was excellent, coffee and ice cream break in the evening a nice added perk. The Spa was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful .
