Wonderful
Pros:

The property is centrally located in Walmer. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. I’d definitely recommend and consider booking again.

Cons:

The hanging trees by the parking lot which led to a lot of leaves on my car. Maybe cutting down those trees/branches by the entrance would help.

I needed a place in Walmer that was clean, secure and close to restaurants.
Pros:

The receptionist was exceedingly friendly and the amenities were perfect.

Cons:

There could have been complimentary shampoo and conditioner. The doors should have card activated locks. The passage lights should be on all night and not just when activated by movement. The scatters on the bed should be one long one and not 2.

A good and decent business travellers hotel
Pros:

Well situated for business travel, no frills but reasonable and well priced. Decent breakfast. Very friendly staff

Cons:

The hotel is not very well noise proofed between rooms if one is a light sleeper.

A gem in Port Elizabeth
Pros:

Friendly and efficient staff. Thembi at reception needs to be mentioned - helpful and professional. Clean and spacious rooms with GREAT beds. Close to shopping mall and airport. Ample parking. Easy check-in and out. Will definitely visit again - suited my needs.
