Pros:

We were not told hat we will not be able to use the bathtub before we got there. There was no dstv in the bedroom. I felt that I paid full price, but I could not use some of the ammenities and that is what was disappointing to me. In future warn your customers in advance so that they can choose if they want to go or not. We left a day early and made alternative arrangements.

Nice environment surrounded by nature. Security is very good however they need to ease up in the charges that are not clearly outlined when booking accommodation. It was surprising, the amounts you need to pay for the TV remote and ironing facilities when checking in as well as the rate you pay for a 2 hour visit by a local friend 🙄 R85 just to be inside the premises wiiybo. Overall nice place for family outing.

Poor, not as advertised, better places available!
Pros:

The chalets are very dated. Shower over the bath leaked like a broken firehydrant, no aircon and the ceiling fan was loud and rickety. TV channel choice poor, wall heater broken, wall socket by the bed damaged, the bed only fit for a backpackers dormitory. Basically, not worth the price compared to other places have stayed at. We came from oudtshoorn where we had a very nice house with full up to date facilities and all the bells and whistles for half the price of pine lodge so the difference was striking. The chalet was situated in a dip overlooked by other chalets on one side and view blocked by unkempt Bush on the other. No view of the beach . Didn't use the main facilities. To have guests come and visit us for an hour was R70 per person entrance fee which is ridiculous!

Best stay ever!
Pros:

My boyfriend and I had a really great time here.. private, comfortable beds, the sheets were a bit disappointing and so it the flooring, it does need a bit of a refurb, but everything else was great.

Awesome stay at pine logde resort

It was amazing, I loved the privacy it provided. It made us feel at home especially that we were staying with kids.

Great service though I waited for more than an hour resolving billing issues due to the misunderstanding of hotel.com voucher redemption. Anelisa and her manager were patient! Also got to photocopy my documents free of charge
