The Staff friendly
The room had dust everywhere, the heating was not working in room or bathroom, over charged for meal & could not refund until next day

My room was adjacent to an area with loud voices and barking dog outside at night
Room was lovely, staff were so welcoming and polite. The bar was fantastic everyone was really friendly. Comfy bed (shower was a little small but did the job)
Only downfall was lack of parking but get there at the right time it was fine. Shower was a little small but wasn’t a huge problem.
There wasn’t much not to like, the staff were absolutely brilliant, the decor was lovely, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a lovely stayᵕ̈

Perfect location, good breakfast, tidy rooms, nice atmosphere.
No proper mirror in the room. Also our room faced the courtyard and the big tarp/cover kept blowing in the wind and covering the whole garden and almost reaching our window.

Breakfast was lovely. Lady serving on the Thursday was just lovely and very helpful.
TV channel choice was very poor. Also had to go and ask for WiFi code. Would have been helpful to have in the room.

The entrance and reception looked unkempt, the dining room attached was more like a canteen from the 60’s
The room was dark with bird poo on the window
Outside the front of the building a couple of youths were hanging around the main door, just across the road were six youths hanging about on motor scooters, not a very inviting location
I expected much better accommodation when looking at the costs of the room, very over priced
I loved the hotel and the accommodations were fantastic the bedroom aesthetics where perfect
Bar was lacking atmosphere, the lighting in the bar is far to harsh
