Nice place to stay.
Pros:

Clean, staff was friendly, close to the SAP Arena and restaurants. Room and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Only complaint is that the body wash container in the shower was empty.

Cons:

Room keys quit working at 10am on the day of checkout at 12pm. We had to go back down to the front desk. The regular woman wasn’t there. She told us that they didn’t know why it does that. Making me think this is an ongoing issue.
