Learned my lesson… Will always book a Marriott Bonvoy hotel when possible!
Pros:

CLEAN! Friendly front desk staff, free breakfast had variety and everything was fresh…also eating area was large & roomy. Also, as with most Marriotts, the pillows, mattresses & bedding is so comfortable.

Cons:

Conveniently right off the interstate but construction right next-door and just an area surrounded by other hotels & parking lots.

Cons:

Ach, zoals al de hotels in deze prijsklasse, liggen ze niet op de mooiste locaties. Altijd 7-10 minuten rijden naar het centrum.

Chambre spacieuse, équipements et petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Personnel en réception lent, et propreté douteuse des lits (draps froissés, odeurs de parfum sur les oreillers, etc..). Le linge de lit a été remplacé. Que 2 serviettes alors que nous étions 3.

Did not give promised refund
Cons:

I only book hotels with pools so we can swim while we're there. When we got to Fairfield, we found out the pool was closed. I asked for a refund for that reason, and the woman at the front desk called the manager and got it approved. But 10 days later, I still had no refund. When I called, they said the person I need to talk to is hard to reach and to email her. She took a day to respond and claimed it was difficult to give me a refund because I'd gone through Booking. I pointed out that Fairfield had charged me, not Booking. Booking was not helpful in getting my refund either, so I went through my credit card company and finally got it taken care of. Very frustrating experience. I wouldn't book at a Fairfield again.

Don't stay here!
Pros:

I used to stay at this Fairfield all the time, but it has declined greatly. The room looked not very clean when we got to it and the internet is terrible. But that isn't even the worst thing that happened during my stay. We checked in on Friday, July 10th and had the reservation until Monday, July 13th. While leaving the hotel on the morning of Saturday, the 11th, I asked the front desk to please make sure we had new towels. The blonde woman at the desk even wrote down our room number. Upon returning later that day our key wouldn't work. I returned to the front desk, where Cheyenne was working. Upon checking to redo our keys, she found that we had been checked out and the room had been assigned to another person who hadn't checked in yet. Remember, we had the reservation until Monday, July 13th. They had completely deleted my reservation and I had to show her my reservation on my phone to confirm everything. Poor Cheyenne was there by herself and was working her heart out. Eventually, she was able to contact her manager (who was clearly at home and not willing to come in to assist her). She was able to delete the other persons reservation, took my friend up to the room to confirm that our belongings were still there, and reinstate my reservation. Upon returning to our room, we found that no new towels had been brought up (as requested earlier). What a joke the front desk people are - other than Cheyenne. We returned again later that night and the poor girl was still there by herself with a line of people waiting to check in. What poor planning from the manager! Also, there was so little parking that people were pared on the street and across the street (risking having their care towed). I don't plan on ever staying here again!

Wonderful Hotel!
Pros:

Our room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Julienne, who was in charge of breakfast, went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Cleanest location in Montana
Pros:

This was by far the cleanest hotel we have stayed in for a long time, and the pool was so well maintained that it made us all happy to feel safe!
