Best little Hotel in Tennessee!
Pros:

Shout out to Philip who helped us extend our stay twice! Why would you want to leave!? This is the nicest Courtyard I’ve ever stayed at and I have well over a 1000 nights at Marriott.

The great hospitality started at check in with this statement “the pool is open 24x7” - Wait What? We made our way to the lazy river and it was magical at night. Of course we were quiet as it was after 10pm. And it was even better when the sun came out! Hotels like this usually cost twice as much!
This place is a steal!!!!

Breakfast was great, basic drinks were a little pricey, staff were awesome, place was very clean, 24 hour pool and hot tub

Good hotel and clean rooms
Pros:

I'm a gold member, so I used my points on this two night stay. The king room was clean and nice. No complaints. We were greeted upon entering the hotel and the front dest staff was very friendly. The only downside was the "restaurant/bar". We both ordered the BLT along with a beer. We watched the wairtree make the sandwiches, then put them on the side where they sat for a while, while cooling off. Finally I asked for them and said they could bring the french fries over to my seat when they were ready. My wife took a bite of her sandwich and almost spit it back out. The bacon was thick, cold, and greasy. Terrible BLTs. My wife's meal came with a "salad", which consisted of only greens, with a terrible tasting dressing on it. We called the server over and asked to speak to the bar manager. She was concerned that we didn't like the food and gave us some points from the hotel plus tickets for a free breakfast for both of us. Breakfast the following morning was much better than the night before. One evening we wanted to sit by their fire ring and one of the staff lite it for us. The chairs surrounding the fire are comfortable and we enjoyed our time there. Overall, this is a good hotel and we will return, but will not eat at the bar.

Pros:

Was a very nice hotel with great amenities but the breakfast was a no. Half the time we were there they had no staff to cook breakfast so only continental was offered but I did receive a room credit after complaining.

Exceeded every expectation!
Pros:

I've stayed at MANY hotels and am told I'm extremely picky. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was so friendly and even provided my granddaughter with batteries for her camera.

The room was clean and EXTREMELY spacious.

The amenities are where it's at though. The pool was so lovely that I could not get my granddaughter to leave. There is a nice fire pit to sit by while your children swim.

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at and we will definitely make the 8 hot drive back!

Pros:

It was a nice room and comfortable. I liked the couch which was good for sitting and watching television.

Cons:

There was only one package of coffee. The refrigerator was turned off so we could not keep items cold for quite a while. There was also no housekeeping to clean up the room and put fresh towels
