Cons:

The two queen beds, they were small for queen beds. The most disappointing thing that happened was using the bathroom. When I flushed the toilet, dirty water shop up and landed on my legs and pants. Along with making a mess on and around the toilet. That was completely gross, and I was getting ready to go to a wedding. At that moment, I was completely disappointed I there.

Some deceiving details with what we paid
Pros:

Breakfast was outrageous, 48.00 for breakfast and coffee RIDICULOUS!
Coffee (2) is 9.00

Cons:

Advertised 3pools , only 1indoor and 1 lazy river, even staff said it is really 2 No access for hot tub!
Our fridge Would Not even keep ice cold, I called and was told it’s more of a storage for items , what good is that when you want cold water?
We paid entirely to much and expected more, next time we will stay at Laquita it looked nice and they let us look, we were gonna go there , but we would have lost our money!
Also the bathroom sink faucet soaked everything we had on the counter and would have flooded the bathroom floor if accidentally left running!
YEAH we will not stay there anymore! I don’t like being lied to!! Also the staff men 2 of them just stared at the women on the 1pool/lazy river, even said “He would like to drop his balls in that one” pretty lady , but not a pleasant experience!!!!

Pros:

Beautifully landscaped. So clean and fresh smelling from the moment you hit the door. Loved all the amenities. Just a great place to stay.

So Nicely Designed
Pros:

This place is great - clean, friendly and well designed. Our favorite part was the 24 hour lazy river and hot tub. Great for families without an early bed time. Very fun to float in a warm, lazy river after a long day a theme park. We would definitely come back.

Too pricey for the accommodations
Pros:

My family and I enjoyed the pool and the lazy river.

Cons:

The refrigerator and microwave both didn't work. Had a wonderful maintenance guy bring us up a refrigerator which was very kind and considerate. The shower water pressure wasn't the best and the shower head only had two adjustments. The pillows were terrible and the bed clothes were stained with something.

Beautiful hotel close to everything, but feels far away
Pros:

Right when you pull up, you feel like you are on vacaction. The entrance takes you out of the city and into your own little piece of paradise. Walking in, we were greeted but some of the friendliest and most welcoming staff, quickly checked into our room and we were off to see our beds. The hotel smelled so clean and fresh and had fresh lemon water waiting for guests. They have 2 pools, 1 indoor which was allt of fun and a second outdoor pool that also has a lazy river and floaties!!! The best part is that it's open 24/7 so we swam until 130 am!!!!!!!!!! We did not feel rushed to hurry up and swim before getting dinner in case it closed. They also have a jacuzzi which felt very nice, it definitely had alot of chlorine in it so we couldnt stay in there for long but it did feel nice. The rooms were amazing clean and well lit with a patio overlooking the beautiful pool and lazy river. We loved this hotel so much!

Cons:

The price was very high, so as much as we would have loved to stay longer we couldn't and as much as I would love to make it my regular when we take trips up there, im not sure I could swing that price every time.

Also, we paid extra for the breakfast and was definitely expecting a better experience with that. We received pre packaged waffles that were so sugary even the kids couldnt eat them, the egg breakfast seemed to look okay, but I have definitely had far better breakfast included in much cheaper stays other places
