Pros:

Beautiful, from foyer all the way thru. Rooms were very clean and accommodating. Comfortable beds and pillows. The pool areas are all open 24 hours, very clean, Beautiful grounds. Bistro right in the lobby, with Starbucks coffee and adult beverages. Atmosphere was amazing. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

A comfy little get away, before the best adventure.
Pros:

The 24 hour pool was perfect along with the lazy river. The rooms were clean and comfy.

Cons:

No fan in any of the bathrooms. We always pick a hotel that offers breakfast. I guess I didn’t read it correctly. No breakfast included. In one review it said you receive vouchers towards your breakfast - you do not. There is only a very small bistro. Nothing more. So plan accordingly. There is a Kroger very close within walking distance so you can get snacks there. There is also a breakfast/lunch diner right by the hotel. It was OK!

It was great and will likely stay here again when we return to Pigeon Forge
Pros:

The room was very clean and new towels were provided daily...I also loved the pool and jacuzzi. The walking path that went to the Island was also great.

Cons:

a sidewalk from the hotel to the walking path would have been nice.
