We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.
Pros:

I LOVED pretty much everything about the property. Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent pool, lazy river and hot tub. Of course my kids absolutely loved that’s the pool was 24/7.

Cons:

I really don’t have any complaints about this property at all. Everything was clean. Everything was nice. The food was good at the little restaurant inside. The pool area was phenomenal.

Great stay
Pros:

I stayed four nights while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and there is lots to do. There is a fire pit, an oversized Connect Four game, an indoor pool with a hot tub and an outdoor pool with a lazy river. And of course, a restaurant and bar. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Pools/outside areas/work-out room/Sauna were exceptional. Room and Bistro very disappointing

Pool and physical facilities were exceptional

Cons:

Room was not that comfortable. No comfortable chairs to sit if pull-out bed was in use. No place/not enough hooks to hang wet towels after usage to dry for re-use. Switches for bedside tables are located on outside of the lamps making you get out of bed to turn off. No complimentary Coffee available 24/7 in lobby area, only single cup dispensers in rooms with no real creamer. Bistro was pitiful, all pre-package foods and advertisement did not match reality. On-line noted continental breakfast which I paid for, but all pre-packaged foods, extremely limited foods with limits on the vouchers.

Cons:

Cost for food is to high. Not allowing an early arrival to at least check in and complete that process. Or at least try to accommodate a request to check in when reservation was made 4 months ahead. Front desk staff need to show some kind of true assistance, versus a scowl look on their face. If they do not want to help people or even answer a question then they should not be your front desk first seen contacts. I like a smile and friendly welcome.

Great ! We enjoyed so many attractions and was close to them too
Pros:

The location and the cleanliness. The staff was super friendly

Cons:

The maid service we had the first day was great! The 2nd day of our day on the property seems like the maid or housekeeping services was not as thorough as the first day . When we checked into the room, it was absolutely almost immaculate.

Our Weekend Getaway
Pros:

We love the fresh feeling that the rooms and pools were clean and well maintained. Starbucks was a bonus as well.
Definitely saving for our next trip! Loved the location.
And the pools are open 24/7 which is awesome when your on vacation.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! I took my 9 yo granddaughter to Pigeon Forge for spring break. We planned go see Dollywood and other sites. We spent 1/2 a day at Dollywood and she couldn't wait to go back to the hotel. She had made friends in the pool and just wanted to spend the whole vacation at the pool. The lobby was inviting and we spent our nights playing games and eating there. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. I plan to bring my whole family back!

I enjoyed the room. The breakfast was good. I like the ticket idea and not a messy buffet.
Pros:

I loved the outdoor fire pits and the lazy river. The bed was super cozy.

Cons:

The staff cleaned the room for us but they took the dirty towels/washclothes and did not leave us any clean ones. When we called down for towels they said they would bring them up but we had to call twice. When they brought the towels they did not bring wash clothes. When I asked for them he returned with hand towels. The refrigerator in the room had broken door. We had trouble opening and closing it.
