Cons:

Did not get room I booked. No balcony as requested. Room was not ready when I arrived and was told it would be a hour wait time due to occupant had not checked out. Desk clerks not friendly. No breakfast.

Great spot in the mountains!
Pros:

Clean and pretty. Rooms were spacious and nice. Had sitting areas in the lobby around the fireplace and an outdoor fire which we enjoyed. It was a little cool to use but the lazy river looked like fun.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Loved the pool access 24 7. Made everything possible to squeeze into 4 days.

Cons:

Would have preferred a continental breakfast instead of the grill choices but we made it work.

Serene, relaxing, clean and fun!!
Pros:

Loved the pool options, the lazy river was our favorite, the cleanliness of everything, the accommodating staff and the overall atmosphere. The mountain vibes made it 10x better with the landscaping and interior design. The garden is also super cute and relaxing!

Cons:

The food at the bar wasn’t the best, except the honey chicken sandwich, that was great! There also could be more places for outlets to work in the lobby. It was under renovation so maybe that is in progress.

Amazing facilities, and very clean. Awesome staff. Was definitely very comfortable and will be back again

The facility is very clean and comfortable. Nice room, with a nice and clean bathroom. The lazy river pool and fire place was amazing also! Overall was an amazing stay

Pros:

The indoor pool, firepit, fireplace in lobby, outdoor fireplace.

Cons:

Stain on the sheets, door fell off that covers the microwave and fridge. Wifi wasn't that great. Says that breakfast is included but definitely is not!

Pros:

Clean facility and ample parking, near Kroger stores and near good attractions. Overall good. Nice staffs.

Cons:

Bed comforter and seats were washed with not good detergent. Hence it was itching on my skin. We all felt the same way. So we did not sleep well. Also my room is next to ice machine and elevators. So much noise.
