Excellent, perfect location and modern.
Pros:

Very clean and modern rooms, central location. All the staff speaks English. Very nice gym, not the usual small hotel gym. That is a full size gym!

Cons:

The shower was wrongly built, every time taking a shower the bathroom was flooded.

Pros:

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Great breakfast. Location is good. Gym is as good as any commercial gym. Good value massages etc. Excellent value by international standards.

Great Stay
Pros:

The lobby is currently under renovation, but it didn’t affect our check-in or overall stay experience at all. We were given a spacious room with a large bathroom, and the Japanese-style toilet was a great added touch. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of hot dishes, and the restaurant also provided a variety of Mongolian cuisine to try, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel was central in-between Gandan Tegchenling Monastery and Sukhbaatar Square. Both within walking distance. It was clean and smart. The staff were lovely too.

Cons:

Check your bill thoroughly before paying. They charged us over 2.5 million. This included the accommodation already paid for, 200,000 cash we had exchanged and paid for. They were very happy to amend the bill which ended up being 500,000. Don't go to the bank at the side of the hotel to get money as they didn't have a clue and the ATM wouldn't give us the £100 equivalent around 475,000. Apart from that everything was great.

Dezamăgită !!!
Pros:

Apartamentul selectat era curat și frumos amenajat. Foarte călduros. Priveliște frumoasă!
Geamuri prin care se aude tot zgomotul de afară, chiar dacă am fost la un etaj superior!
La descriere apare o canapea extensibila, dar canapeaua nu este extensibila. S a introdus un pat suplimentar inconfortabil, pentru care au încercat să ne taxeze suplimentar.
Micul dejun l am avut la pachet și a fost în regulă ( un sandviș, un măr, un iaurt și o apă).

La momentul checkout lui au încercat să ne taxeze pentru micul dejun, dar rezervarea era cu mic dejun inclus… apoi au spus ca pentru a 3 a persoană trebuie plătit micul-dejun, pe care, evident, nu l am plătit!
Nu asigură transfer aeroport !!!! ( doar îți fac comandă la taxi)
Imobilul este în reabilitare!
Din păcate, la câteva ore de la decazare s-a încercat extragere unei sume de bani de pe card ( mai mare decât contravaloarea cazării, care era deja achitată)!
