Modern, central location, great value
Pros:

Modern, central location, great value. This was a very comfortable “home base” from which to explore Ulaanbaator on a first visit. Modern full service hotel. Very helpful and friend reception staff, especially “Todo” the concierge who set me up for the taxi app (local Uber app that’s all in Mongolian Cyrillic) and outlined a great full day agenda to explore the city. I recommend the included breakfast service, with both western and delicious Asian savory offerings. Very nice gym facilities and superb spa services at about a fourth of typical western prices. ATM next door. There is a sports bar on the top floor where I had a Mongolian beer and I ate in the restaurant which includes Mongolian food. Easy walking distance to Chinggus Khan museum, main government square, and shopping areas. My United airlines flight staff were all staying here as well, which must be done kind of additional endorsement. The center of the capital (and this hotel) is about 40 minutes from the airport - outside of rush hour traffic; otherwise much longer! Scheduled tours seem to be able to pick up easily from this hotel, including my favorite “Meet Mongolia Tours” experience. I enjoyed my stay here and plan to return. Do it before Mongolia gets discovered by tourists!
