Highly Recommend
Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms that were modern and well decorated. Comfortable beds, great blackout blinds and very reasonably priced mini bar and room service. Lovely staff, decent breakfast and in a convenient location.

Cons:

Perhaps slightly more variety at breakfast but I am probably just being fussy as there was plenty there!

Best staff award!
Pros:

I loved 🇲🇳! The hotel is wonderful and comfortable, but it was the staff that made it an exceptional stay. When I tell you Zooloo from reception went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in my years of travelling, im not exaggerating. The hotel staff would WhatsApp me asking if I needed anything, if I was ok. As an all female muslim group, they also kept arranging halal food for us. I have never seen this level of hospitality. Zoloo translated things for me, arranged pick ups and drop offs to and from the hotel, he made sure we got back amd would stay on the phone with the driver the entire time.

Cons:

I won't like if I ever come back and zoloo isnt there.

The Staff were amazing and were always in contact with us if we needed them. They even gave us a special anniversary surprise, which was totally unexpected but very appreciated. Thank you for caring.

Good place to stay in Ulaanbaatar.
Pros:

Fantastic large room.
Good gym.

Cons:

Breakfast staff were way too slow at clearing tables making it difficult to get a seat. Also frustratingly slow at topping up food, plates and cutlery etc meaning not all choices were available.

Hotel nuovo e moderno, ma con prezzi troppo alti e colazione non all'altezza di un 5 stelle
Pros:

L'hotel è nuovo e moderno.

Cons:

Il divano letto che ci hanno dato per la terza persona non era comodo. La colazione sicuramente non è da hotel a cinque stelle. Il prezzo era esageratamente alto, non so se è dovuto al fatto che quella settimana c'era la COP17.
