the check out time in booking.com said 12:00 they knocked the door 20 minutes before that asking to leave the room
La camera era all’interno delle tipiche rocce, colazione tipica, staff gentilissimo. Vi consiglio di prenotare con loro il volo il mongolfiera. Posizione centrale a 5 minuti dal centro e a 5 minuti dal punto panoramico per ammirare Goreme dall alto.

Peguei um quarto melhor cono furor,porém ele não funciona é só uma bacia com água, pois ele não está ligado,o café da manhã no primeiro dia foi bom, no segundo já estava o meu prato feito , a fartura das fotos não existia, acho que depois que os hóspedes europeus foram embora, eles não se preocuparan e por a meses como de costume, do primeiro dia, também fui constrangido com batidas na porta para o check-out,porém ele havia esquecido que eu havia pago uma diária a mais, como pode cometer este erro,fiquei muito assustado ao ser acordado,e não entendia o que ele falava, até pensei que era algo mais sério, ele duvidou ,e tive que demostrar e provar a ele mesmo que havia pago a mais uma diária, foi muito constrangedor, quanto as fotos dos balões da sacada não existe ,é meramente ilustrativa,não voltaria a este local novamente.

The people who received and served breakfast were nice. One of the room had AC, the other one didn’t. Close to the city. Breakfast area was nice.
The bedding was dirty, had blood stains. The breakfast area was dusty. It was hard to find. People are not nice around that area. Very rude local people. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom.
Habitación muy original y amplia para 5 personas. El desayunado estaba muy rico y variado. Personal MUY amable.
La única desventaja de que la habitación sea de tipo cueva, es que no hay ventanas para ventilar (al menos en la que estuvimos nosotros de 5 personas).

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the location was convenient, and the room was clean and warm, which was especially important during the snow.
A big thanks to the owner Mr Qadir, and his assistant Mr Mohammad. They were very helpful and provided everything I needed, even at the last minute.
I highly recommend this hotel and would encourage others to stay here.and definitely in summer will stay again there 👌🏽
