If I could give this hotel 0/5 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Had a payment issue with a prepaid room for a client of mine and had to submit a credit card auth form the night of their arrival. I got verification back from Cameron Williams that my card would be charged and was on file. Now, two weeks later the clients card was charged for their full stay, not mine.
When I called the front desk he said people make mistakes and then hung up on me when I was thanking him for his help.
This is not the first time an issue like this has occurred. I will never be booking any of my clients at this hotel ever again.

This hotel has THE BEST on site restaurant for dinner! We had the catfish which was hands down best ever, the salmon was perfect, and kids loved the pasta dish. I SWEAR traveler or local if you aren’t getting this catfish you are MISSING out. Hotel was super clean and an extreme value for the money.
Wonderful stay! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed the hotel. The only downside was the pool, which was a little too crowded to comfortably enjoy. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!
I didn’t really enjoy the pool. There were several other people in there, and it just wasn’t spacious enough to comfortably enjoy it. It felt too crowded for me to relax and actually enjoy the pool.

We stayed for our anniversary and had such a wonderful time. At check in the front desk staff was warm and welcoming. They acknowledged our anniversary and gave us a beautiful room on the top floor. We had a delicious meal at E’terie and the cocktails were also good. I truly appreciate them making my anniversary memorable. I would definitely return!
The staff were extremely rude . The lady at the check in counter screamed at us, saying
“ I’m in the middle of something go to the other counter “
There was trash in the parking lot at the entrance and every table was covered with dirty plates and glasses .
Professional staff and clean facility
I came to visit my friend who was lodging for the night at the hotel. We sat at the bar before and after dinner. Pat and Caleb were amazing! Drinks on point.
Yasmina was very friendly & accommodating, assisting me with selecting a menu item after I admitted a particular food intolerance.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms spacious, quiet and lovely. I had dinner in their restaurant. Thank you- hugs to Sierra the lovely bartender who took care of me. She was very gracious and kind. When I’m back in town I would definitely stay here.

was racially profiled as black young teen then they made us move rooms to a different floor due to complaints of us running up and down the halls and being loud while we were just chilling then soon as we woke up they told us we had to leave the premises because of the same complaints from the same people even though we wasnt even on there floor so we had to find a whole different hotel to stay
My experience at the bar was great! The guy name casso was really professional and helpful! He made some recommendations on good food to order and it was delicious!
