Our weekend getaway!!

From the time we walked in the door to the beautiful room, it couldn’t have been more wonderful!! We are celebrating 40 yrs of marriage and this place is perfect!! Thank you to Aida at the front seat that checked us in and to al that made this such a perfect stay!!🩷🩷🩷

Great Customer Service
Pros:

I am writing to share my wonderful experience at the hotel bar after a long day at the office.

We met some amazing bartenders, and I specifically want to highlight Kaso. His hospitality and customer service were outstanding. The drinks were exceptional—truly a "chef’s kiss"—and he was very professional in understanding and catering to my specific drink preferences.

Please extend my gratitude to Kaso and the rest of the team for their excellent service.

Excellent location and beautiful courtyard wonderful amenities

Cons:

The bathroom needed a a slight refresher. The tub had a chip of the porcelain and needed to be repaired

We have always had great experiences with Embassy Suites and this short stay did not disappoint.
Pros:

Everything was at or above our expectations. Perfect location for our event; extremely kind and efficient staff, particularly the check-in/front desk host. The breakfast is first class (we all likely liked the Omelet station), the grounds are nice, and of course the room itself was spotless and comfortable.

Cons:

It would have been nice to be able to leave our car at the hotel while attending the event at the Gas South Arena, but we understand the situation that prevented that.

Pros:

The accommodations at this hotel has been great! My husband and I enjoyed the pleasant hospitality by Carlos at the front desk. The room was ready early and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Next time we are back in GA, this is where we would stay.
