Great value for a large, full amenitie room with great downtown location.
Pros:

Great location for our downtown activities.
The Denver Art Museum was only a short walk away, as well as shopping and dining options.
Staff were very helpful and professional. I would definitely book here again for a return trip to Denver.
Price was a little less than other downtown hotels, but equally good location.
Great value for the room, it was large and had a love seat, coffee tables and a complete kitchen with a full sized fridge and a dinette table for four.

Breakfast was good as there was a variety of options such as muesli, bagels, fruits, waffles, scrambled eggs, guacamole, tomato salsa, sausages, fried potatoes

Cons:

The room was very old, stains on the carpet and the sofa and the bedding, there was a kitchenette but without cutlery and dishes, overall not well maintained, dirty

all in all, quite good, but expensive, but what ISN'T in downtown Denver??
Pros:

staff was very friendly. room was very clean and had everything you would need. location was excellent!

Cons:

room was not ready when we arrived. parking was off-site with a recommendation which was way more expensive than what was obviously available

Hôtel bien placé et propre
Pros:

Suite avec petit coin cuisine bien équipé, proche Capitol et 16th Street, chambre propre et calme, on était au 6eme étage et on entendait pas les bruits de la rue malgré que l’avenue Colfax possède plusieurs voies. Happy hour offert et petit-déjeuner inclus correct. Piscine et jacuzzi au sous-sol appréciable après avoir marché toute la journée ! Espace fumeur en terrasse extérieur avec plusieurs tables. Personnels agréables et serviables

Cons:

Comme beaucoup d’hôtels à DENVER, tarif un peu élevé pour 2 nuits (405$), parking très petit et payant pour les clients, 32$ par jour mais c’est le moins cher comparé aux autres hôtels… il y a un parking public gratuit juste à côté mais personnellement je m’y risque pas avec une voiture de location

The staff everybody there was phenomenal from the very first time we pulled into the property to leaving greeted with smiles hugs information about the town, fun knowledge about the place and just felt like we were home ! I’ve never had an experience like that in a hotel, where every single person that worked there was generally happy to see us when we walk through the door!!!

Cons:

Wine night was only Monday through Thursday that was fun. I loved to interacting with all of the guests. I wish every hotel did that every night. It reminded me of like being fancy back in the 40s and 50s were in fine dining wasn’t experience but you made it a experience inside the hotel that made me want to come back home there I wanted to get home for that experience. I wanted to meet my fellow guests.
