The place was more than I expected
Pool 24hrs
A little bit dirty in the lobby and elevator
Breakfast was excellent and friendly staff in the breakfast area (and all staff were great).
And reception staff helped me get on the internet.
Only possible issue was that the taxi (the one advertised on the reception counter giving $55 rides to the airport) let reception know at the last minute they couldn't make it. However while the guy at reception was trying to arrange another taxi the original one turned up - moment of panic was over.
All three hotel staff members as well as the maid I had the pleasure of interacting with were friendly. One lady working the front desk was very knowledgeable and informative on restaurants in walking distance. We actually ate at a place she recommended and it was amazing food. My significant other and I were super happy to learn the Jazzacuzi is open 24 hours, especially when we checked in later than usual and had to meet up with family afterwards. Our room had an awesome view overlooking all the city lights. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were awesome! Loved the big glass shower, and having enough room to shower with my significant other since he usually refuses in any other standard tub shower so that was a nice benefit. Loved having all the extra amenities of practically a full size kitchen even though we didn't need or use most of it.
There could definitely be better signage on where the front entrance/check in to the hotel is. I drove around the whole block twice confused on where to go. Wasn't a fan of the parking situation or that you have to pay for parking when your a guest at the hotel, youd think that would be included in the stay.

Breakfast was nice. And a twenty four hour pool and hot tub is awesome
Parking is extra cost and pricey. It is all over downtown
The location & the room laid out.
Special thanks to the trainee Gentleman with locks. He made us feel like guests, staying at his home.
Rude staff, not taking responsibility & accountability for inefficient facilities at the property. One young lady brutally stated ‘I was ridiculous’ because we had complain about the heater not functioning or the entertainment system, she offered 20.00 off our accommodation after having to relocate to another room. So rude & unprofessional.. awful 😞.
Excelente atención. Muy buen desayuno y hasta una copa de vino nos dieron en la noche. Lo recomiendo. Todo excelente.

Views, clean
Nothing
Everything
Loved how clean it was. Staff was awesome!
The rooms were cold and we could not turn up the heat. Ended up getting extra blankets and a space heater from the front desk.
Location near our family
Understand where to check in and park, could be marked better? We left message that our heat wasn’t working and no one called us back
It was clean and great location for convention center.
1. Front door is on the back side of building in what looks like an ally.
2. They say they have parking, but no one tells you you must reserve a spot if u want to park right in front of the hotel. Otherwise you are across the street.
3. Full suites with fridge, stove top, dishwasher- but no dishes or cookware to use the full kitchen.
4. Liked Saturday breakfast, Sunday breakfast was sparse. Also fruit was still frozen.
5. They don’t turn on heaters before u arrive . We got to our room at 10pm and it was 57 degrees Fahrenheit!! Bumped up the heater and it took an hour to raise two degrees. Finally by morning it was 70.
Great location and wonderful rooms and breakfast. Wonderful night staff!
Nothing to dislike.
Close to main street
Small rooms and surroundings of hotel were not great.
Hot tub and pool were great, breakfast was also a great spread
There were a ton of kids in the pool and definitely wrecked it, no towels. But kids are kids, there parents should have cleaned up from them. Not the hotels fault one bit.
I liked the breakfast during the first few days as it included vegan options. Also, I liked the whirlpool and gym and the big fridge and option to cook my own food. The dining hall and happy hour were also nice.
I would have wished (consistently) more vegan options. Parking is pretty expensive and the parking spot is quite complicated to reach.
