Great location but room smelled like dirty socks.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us.

Cons:

Smell of the room. We had to buy an electric oil air freshener for our 6 night stay. Phone in room never worked and even though we reported it several times they never bothered to fix it. Bathroom had a burned/melted area next to bathtub that was never fixed. I had to show the clerk on duty when we checked out pics I took of it so they wouldn't think we did it.

Cons:

They canceled my reservation as soon as I got there and said they were booked. They said they called me but I never received a call from them. Very disappointed

The front desk staff was great

Cons:

That check out time is 11 am and it was 955 and I had cleaning lady open my door while I was in the shower luckily I had the lock in the room

Great location and convenient.
Pros:

The location is close to Argonne National Laboratories.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy with kids from families staying at the facility, and there was no shampoo and just two small circular soaps.

The facility was clean and safe, very well maintained. Convenient location.

Cons:

The light over the stove wouldn't go off so it was a difficult sleep because I prefer complete darkness.
