Room doors, drawers were getting stuck and making sounds while opening and closing.
Room main door was hard to lock. Needed to push up hard and then it will close.

A horrible place to stay, we booked another hotel and left there because of the cockroaches

The elevator was unsafe then we found cockroaches in our rooms. I will not recommend staying here.

Pros:

We went there because our power was out at home for a few days and it was nearby. The second room we were given and the common areas were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The first room they gave us had not been cleaned and was a pigsty from the previous occupant. When I went downstairs to complain, the employee seemed completely unfazed by this, didn’t say anything, just gave us another room.

I knew it didn’t come with pots, pans, utensils coffee pot or dishes, but It would’ve been nice if it at least had pot, pan and coffee pot so I wouldn’t have had to bring them for a short stay. It seems that this place is really more for people that seem to live there and rent monthly or longer.

Great location but room smelled like dirty socks.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us.

Cons:

Smell of the room. We had to buy an electric oil air freshener for our 6 night stay. Phone in room never worked and even though we reported it several times they never bothered to fix it. Bathroom had a burned/melted area next to bathtub that was never fixed. I had to show the clerk on duty when we checked out pics I took of it so they wouldn't think we did it.

The front desk staff was great

Cons:

That check out time is 11 am and it was 955 and I had cleaning lady open my door while I was in the shower luckily I had the lock in the room
