Whilst the building internally and externally would not really be described as anything other than words like ' tired' or ' shabby ' what do you expect for less than £ 65 !!!!
What you do get is fantastic , friendly, helpful service from every person I met . Better than the majority of places I have stayed at twice the money.
Nothing as it was all better than the price I paid.

My room was at top loft so out of the way. Quiet.
Dated and bathroom was a bit rough.
Carpark looks like a place you wouldn't want to leave you car in for 30mins let alone a whole night.

Absolutely shocking lol executives suite apparently TV didn't work no plug in sink floor dirty bed sheets grubby full of drug addicts from the council as a hostel

The staff were very attentive, friendly and went over and beyond to make our stay special. We will definitely be booking again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location
Unfortunately I was a allocated room (103) where the blind was tied up and could not be lowered. I was then offered another room where the binds were down and could not be raised. When I said it was not acceptable , the receptionist said the guests the night before had not complained. I had to accept the room. I asked a manager the next day to look and the rooms but she was too busy. I wrote afterwards and they apologized for no other room being available and confirmed that both rooms were immediately taken out of service, and the blinds have been repaired. However I have not been offered any compensation.
The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything required for a single traveller who is coming into town for work.
The wifi wasn't strong in my room and I had meetings to run while I was travelling and I needed to use a nearby cafe.
Clean and staff were lovely
Wifi didnt work in our room unfortunately. Not a big issue but only thing i can think of.
