Comfy room at a great price!
Pros:

Location to the train station was handy. Room was very clean and comfortable for the price. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The inside of the building has been beautifully refurbished.
I was happy to stay here whilst they continue the outside work on the hotel.

Cons:

No big deal but it would have been great if there was some kind of room service for a light meal like a bowl of soup or toasted sandwich. Hopefully this becomes an option once the refurbishment is completed.

Ideal for one night when catching train to London Little hiccups in room can be sorted out

Only 2 hangers/ light shade missing/had to ask for hairdryer/ no rail in shower space/ dont provide breakfast/ telephone not working

Very outdated, ordered a twin room was given a double, I left the hotel at 7am for a cigarette and was locked out till 8am when I called my sister to let me back in

Beautiful old hotel. Very convenient for train station and town centre.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was quite cold upon arrival and took hours to warm up after air conditioning was switched on.

Perfect.
Pros:

Reception gentlemen was really helpful person. I arrived to the hotel late night and realised booking date was mistakenly booked for for next day. Staff was really helpful and checked me in for available room. Thank you so much.
