Disappointing but then I find hotels usually are.

Breakfast coffee was delicious

Cons:

Was meant to be staying at the Port Talbot Grand but was moved without any real explanation why. Lock didn't work on the door. Room wasn't ready for me when I arrived at 3.30 pm. Toaster wasn't working at breakfast. You're giving a hard-boiled egg!

Outer facilities are a bit outdated.

Lack of restaurant and meals. This should be highlighted in their adverts and promotions so guests are aware before booking.
