Pros:

Very good breakfast, good pub food. Old building so slightly cramped room, but clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Seafront location excellent. Enjoyed the sunshine and views at the outside tables.

Disappointing, only made up for by weather.
Pros:

Location is fantastic, but downside is noise till late in evening.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better in the 21st century, grapefruit segments is something from the 60/70’s.
