Guest Reviews
The Staff was the best part of our two-week stay (Sep 30 - Oct 14). Magdalena Wilson and the rest of the front office staff were awesome. Sorry, I didn't get her name but the Breakfast Attendant through most of our stay was friendly and kept the food/coffee refreshed and the dining area clean. Housekeeping and Maintenance crew were efficient and courteous and kept us going through a couple of issues.
We are an elderly couple with special diets. The kitchen/bar area provided ample space to prepare our meals but the Refrigerator/Freezer (pretty much non-existent) unit and MW were a bit too small for our needs.
Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, and everything was clean. Good breakfast and coffee. Overall, a pleasant stay!
Location is a bit far from everything
The kitchen prep area for the upgraded room was spacious and adequate for our special diet needs for a two-week stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Staff was friendly and helpful led by the awesome Magdalena Wilson.
We were a little disappointed in the small size of the refrigerator/freezer unit (the freezer space was literally unusable) that was provided. Preparation for our special diet needs was difficult.
The room was huge! It was so nice to have space while away from home!
Property was exceptionally nice
Very limited hot food options during breakfast
Ok?
?
Front desk manager (Lena, I think) was outstanding. Watched her handle a very difficult situation with grace and professionalism.
Bed not sturdy.
Not able to have breakfast due to fasting for doctor's appointment, but it smelled great.
Could not get TV to work initially and there was no instruction/information regarding its operation in the room, Could not get dial tone on phone to call for maintenance. Had to go back to reception to request assistance.
I loved the friendly customer service, the free parking & breakfast. The room was good as well.
Everything was good
The property was very clean and the staff was nice. The only thing I wish was different, is the size of the room. It was small but greater
The deposit should have been displayed upfront

Todo fue perfecto
Breakfast was ok. I wish they offered more protein options. Location was perfect for our needs.
I think the price was higher than the other hotels in the area.
Location and staff are excellent. The breakfast is good.
The charge for parking.
