Friendly staff, and I also like that after a certain time at night only guests have access to freely enter hotel, I think this is a good safety feature to keep guests safe

Pros:

Front desk was very nice. Although they were very busy. The ladies upfront did take care of the issues we had. The guy I think was new. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

We asked for service and didn't not get any til day 4 and asking for towels several times before actually getting any. There was trash from a previous guest in my room. And my 2nd room smelled horrible like urine. We did get moved after complaining about it twice. The 2nd lady I mentioned it to did finally get us moved and the night front desk lady took care of it. The free breakfast is always a plus but this time it was usually cold.

El lugar en general está bien . Pero nose el servicios al clientes no son muy atento .

Cons:

Esta vez tuve un inconveniente el toile no bajaba . Y era un poco incómodo , siento que la TV . Debe ser más moderna . Debería de actualizarse con los inmuebles.
