I made this reservation late one night and had an error on the dates. I tried immediately to contact the hotel and they insisted I fix it through Expedia, however, when Expedia finally got a hold of them they wouldn't allow the correction, so I am now out the money for the reservation.
its close to 5th avenue so you can just walk everywhere. lots of shopping and dining options

Good place to stay, with on site bike rental. Everything was clean and the service was good and helpful
Overall I've expected more from "4-star" hotel. The room is veeery basic and minimalistic. I stayed at 4th floor, "under" the cafe. Every morning at 6am they started moving tabels/chairs/something. And it's loud, and made me woke up. Stuff is nice and friendly.
We had a great 2-night stay at Hotel 52. Traveled with teen and pre-teen. Breakfast and pool on the roof was lovely.
It is very basic, but the bed is great, room is quiet and the rooftop area very nice!
Would have been a great spot but the set up for the buffet every day was the noisiest thing I've ever heard in a hotel.
I was 2 floors down from the roof and it woke me up daily at 6am.
I ended up changing to another hotel. The staff were great and the location was good. Close to a lot of restaurants and 5th Ave hustle. There was mold in the shower which I had them clean upon arrival, but it never did fully clean up. Couldn't smell it and it didnt make my eyes hurt so wasnt too bad. Bed was decent and rooftop area was nice. If you don't choose the buffet breakfast, your coffee will be the price of a good Americano up the street. Would have appreciated a more friendly price for guests.

The hotel is in a great location. You literally walkout to the main strip where everything is located. The hotel doesn’t have a gym but there are some nearby. I highly recommend going to a gym called Evolve. The rooms are nice and I had great customer service at the front desk. Nobody really used the swimming pool because the beach is so close.
Great location, rooms are big but smell moldy. We had to move to another room. We paid xtra for parking and it was based on availability only. We parked on the street.
Nice place! Been before and will return again. A few minor annoyances, like a room safe that didn’t work, and was too small to keep a laptop. But the staff are great! Underground parking is great.!
I really like this property and then everything you needed a rooftop pool restaurant for breakfast and simple but well equipped bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable in the lemons were very nice

Hotel 52 was a great choice for a basic room, close to everything with a beautiful rooftop pool and patio. I will be back.
